I made this small set a while back, and saw potential to be a really strong archetype. Please give advice on how to expand it.

effect:

Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Tempus" monster from your Graveyard and move the turn count back 1 turn. If the turn count advances past the turn the Special Summoned monster was Summoned, it is Destroyed.

effect:

During your End Phase of the turn this card was Summoned, move the turn count back 4 turns. If, during your Standby Phase, the turn count is greater than when this card was Summoned, it is destroyed. If this card is destroyed by its own effect, you can add 1 "Tempus" monster or 1 "Temporal" card from your Deck to your hand.

Once per turn, you can pay 500 Life Points to move the turn count back 2 turns. If this card is destroyed on a turn before the turn this card is Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 "Tempus" monster from your Graveyard except "Tempus: Drago".

When this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a "Tempus" monster, you can Special Summone 1 "Tempus" monster from your Graveyard except for "Tempus: Flame." When the turn count is changed except between turns, iflict 500 damage to your opponent.

If this card remains Face-Up on the field for two turns, once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Tempus" monster from your hand.

effect:

If you went first this duel, during your Main Phase on an even turn, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If you went second this duel, during your Main Phase on an odd turn, you can Special Summon this card from your hand.

effect:

When this card is Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard that was destroyed this turn. If the turn count moves forwards, inflict 300 damage to your opponent's Life Points.

If the turn count has beed changed during your Main Phase, you can tribute 1 "Tempus" monster to Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned by its own effect, destroy 1 card on your opponent's side of the field. During your Standby Phase, you can pay 500 Life Points to move the turn count back 2 turns.

Once per turn, you can move the turn count forward or back 1 turn. If this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Tempus" monster from your Deck.

If this card battles with an opponent's monster, you can remove from play this monster after damage calculation. If this effect is activated dring your opponent's turn, the Battle Phase ends and you take 500 damage. If the turn count is moved backwards while this card is removed from play, you can Special Summon it and add 1 "Tempus" monster from your Deck to your hand. If this card is Special Summoned by its own effect and a monster it has battled with is still on the field, destroy that monster.

If the turn count is changed besides between turns, you can Special Summon this card from your hand.

1 "Tempus" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points to halve to turn count and the ATK of 1 face-up monster your opponent controls. This effect can only be activated on an even turn. Instead of conducting your regular Draw Phase, you can add 1 "Tempus" monster from your Deck to your hand.

effect:

1 "Tempus" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned successfully, you can add 1 "Tempus" or "Temporal" card from your Deck to your hand. When this card destroys a monster by battle, move the turn count back 2 turns. Put 1 Time Counter on this card and remove one Time Counter from this card whenever the turn count moves forward. This card gains 200 ATK for each Time Counter on it.

Once per turn, when a "Tempus" monster is Special Summoned, you can add 1 "Tempus" monster with 1000 or less ATK from your Deck to your hand. All "Tempus" monsters gain the following effect: "Once per turn, you can move the turn count forward or back 1 turn."

Once per turn, when the turn count is a multiple of 5, you can Special Summon 1 "Tempus" monster from your hand or Graveyard.

effect:

Activate only when the turn count is moved back. Discard 2 cards and 6 turns later, add "Temporal Trap: Deja Vu," "Temporal Spell: Future Control," and "Temporal Master: Eres" from your Deck to your hand and destoy this card.

Activate only when an opponent's monster declares an attack against a "Tempus" monster. Remove from play all monsters on the field. Special Summon all of your monsters removed from play by this card's effect during your next Standby Phase and your opponent Special Summons all of his monsters removed from play by this card's effect during his Standby Phase.

effect:

Activate only during your Main Phase 1 when 3 or more of your monsters were destroyed by battle the previous turn. Destroy all cards on the field and Special Summon all monsters from the Graveyard to their owners side of the field that were on the field last turn during the Main Phase 1 in attack position and play all Spells or Traps Face-Up that were Face-Up to their owners field during the last Main Phase 1. All monsters your opponent controls have their ATK halved until the End Phase.

effect:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 monsters while your opponent controls exactly 5 cards. Once per turn you may move the turn count forward or backwards 1-3 turns and then activate the appropriate effect based on the amount the turn count was changed by. ●1:Destroy 1 card on both sides of the field. ●2: Both players can Special Summon a Level 4 or lower monster from their hand. ●3: Destroy all monsters on the field.

Activate only be removing from play 3 monsters you control. During your next Standby Phase, destroy all cards on the field and Special Summon the monsters removed from play to activate this card's effect. If 1 of the removed monsters has more than 2500 ATK it cannot attack during the turn it was Special Summoned

effect:

"Tempus Gate" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

This card cannot be Summoned if "Temporal Trap: Deja Vu," "Temporal Spell: Future Control," and "Temporal Master: Eres" have not been Played or Summoned during the duel. Once per turn, you can move the turn count forward up to 5 turns. If this card attacks or is attacked, you can remove from play the card this card attacked of was attacked by. Destroy this card after it has been on the field for 10 turns. If this card is in the Graveyard, you can Special Summon it if it is a turn before this card was sent to the Graveyard.
