The Bloodburnt Monsters all have different Attributes and Types (which is pretty rare), but they are connected by 2 things: their effects and their names.

 

The effects are focused on different things, but mostly to send cards from the hand or Deck to the Graveyard and vice versa. They work well with eachother if you know how to use them right.

 

I tried to focus on having "Bloodburnt" in their effects as many times as possible to increase the chance of getting the right cards onto the field.

Effect:

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, "Bloodburnt" monsters cannot be removed from play. Each time a card is drawn or sent to the Graveyard from your hand by the effect of a "Bloodburnt" monster, you can pay 400 Life Points to add 1 card from your Graveyard to your Deck and shuffle it. Then draw 1 card. If this card is destroyed during your opponent's turn while you control 1 or more face-up "Bloodburnt" monsters, you can discard 1 card to add this card to your hand.

Effect:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except from your Graveyard by Tributing "Bloodburnt" monsters you control whose combined Level equals 8 or more. When this card is Summoned add 2 Spell or Trap Cards from your Graveyard to your hand. If this card is attacked, you can increase the ATK of this card equal to the ATK or DEF of the attacking monster (until the end of the Damage Step) . Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to add 1 card from your Deck to your hand. Then shuffle your Deck. If a "Bloodburnt" monster is attacked, you can switch the attack target to this card.

Effect:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 or more face-down "Bloodburnt" monsters. When this card is Summoned, add 1 card from your Graveyard to your Deck and draw 1 card. Once per turn, if this is the only face-up monster you control, you can destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on your opponent's side of the field. The original ATK and DEF of this card are equal to the Level of the Tributed monsters used to Special Summon this card x 200. When a "Bloodburnt" monster is destroyed by battle, you can discard 1 card to add the destroyed monster to your hand. You can Tribute 1 face-up "Bloodburnt" monster you control to negate the activation of a Spell or Trap Card, and destroy it.

If this card is destroyed the turn it is Summoned, you can return this card to your Deck and shuffle it, to Special Summon the monster added to your hand by this card's effect and halve its ATK until the end of your next Battle Phase.

If this card is Special Summoned by its own effect, you can add the top card of your Deck to the bottom of your Deck, to return 1 card in your Graveyard to the top of your Deck. This card loses ATK equal to the number of cards in your hand x 100. You can discard 2 cards to negate the activation of an opponent's Spell Card and destroy it. Once per turn, you can discard 2 cards to your Graveyard from your hand to destroy 1 card on the field. If you destroyed a monster with this effect, add the top card in your Deck to the bottom of your Deck to increase the ATK of this card by 400. If the equipped monster would be destroyed by battle, you can send the top 2 cards from your Deck to the Graveyard to Special Summon the destroyed monster and equip it with this card. Effect:

This card can only be activated during either player's Battle Phase when a monster declares an attack. Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Bloodburnt" monster from your hand or Graveyard. If the Special Summoned monster is destoyed this turn, you can discard 1 card to add the destroyed monster to your hand. All battle damage inflicted to a player this turn becomes 0.

When this card is Summoned, return 1 card from your Graveyard to your Deck and draw 1 card. If the drawn card was a Monster, inflict 500 damage to your opponent. If the drawn card was a Spell or Trap Card, take damage equal to the number of cards on the field x 200.

 

A bit UP, the 200 burn effect to yourself seems to high to me. But it's a solid and good effect like the pic, but you could have cropped it a bit more.

 

9/10 for the new card.
