I'm wondering what the thing under his horns is...Like the Colors, and shading is fine, except the thing under his horns.Pretty Basic, maybe not enough Houndoom. Houndoom has several white things going across his body, he has a skull on his neck, he has a devil tail and you could always try to work Houndoom texture into it (which wouldn't be hard whatsoever.
