rehtua
Took me like 24 hours to do this but i think i finaly have the perfect card (for my 2nd best deck wich is a warrior / dragon deck) and its pritty well balanced but a bit of a read so tell me what you think and i promise that the worst i will do to you is...well lets just leave it at that. This card can not be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by tributing 1 dragon and 1 warrior monster on your side of the field to the graveyard. As long as this card remains face up on the field it is treated as both a warrior and a dragon type monster. When this card is destroyed and sent to the graveyard you may select 1 warrior and 1 dragon type monster level 4 or lower from your hand and/or deck and special summon them to your side of the field in face up attack position and/or face down defence position. Tunerwizard
Nicely balanced but you should post the lore. The are some OCG errors that need to be fixed.7/10-awesome (balanced) effect
Mindscatter
Your view of perfection is kinda narrow.... OT: OCG is off, you used almost no correct capitalisation. Also, the effect is kinda underpowered, so 7/10.
