MY Ninja Cards!!! PLZ RATE [13/??]

as previously leaked in my thread: http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/thread-173153.html...i made some ninja cards and here they are THIS TIME CAN SOMEONE PLEASE RATE THEM (i need some OCG help)

As long as this card remains face up on the field, if a "Ninja" Monster that you control is designated as the target of attack by your opponent, you can pay 100 Life Points to switch the targeted card into face-up Defensive Postion. If the targeted card is already in face-up Defensive Position, flip the card face-down.

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, niether player can draw outside of their Draw Phases. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, both players must discards their entire hands and draw until they each have 5 cards.

If a "Ninja" Monster that you control is designated as a target by the effect of a Spell, Trap or Effect Monster, you can discard 1 card from your hand to negate the effect and destroy the card.

If a "Ninja" Monster that you control is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can discard the top card from your Deck to add the destroyed monster to your hand at the end of the turn.

When this card is Summoned, place 2 Ninja Counters on this card. During your Main Phase, you can remove 2 Ninja Counter to Special Summon 2 "Ninja Kitty Tokens" (Beast-Warrior-Type/ EARTH/ 1 Star/ ATK 500/ DEF 250) in Attack Position on your side of the field. During your Battle Phase, this card and both "Ninja Kitty Tokens" can attack your opponent directly. During the End Phase of that turn, this card is sent to your Graveyard.

This card is also treated as an Aqua-Type. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, during each of your Battle Phases, select a face-up Level 4 or lower WATER Monster that you control to attack your opponent directly. If you activate this effect, this card cannot attack.

If your opponent declares an attack on a "Ninja" Monster that you control, flip the card that is being attacked into face-down Defensive Position. If the attacked monster is destroyed as a result of battle, after this effect has been applied, you can discard 1 card from your hand to Special Summon it your next Standby Phase. Each time this card is activated, inflict 200 points of Battle Damage to your Life Points.

This card is also treated as a Warrior-Type Monster. If your opponent controls 2 or more monsters, this card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle. If this card is the only WATER Monster on your side of the field, this card is removed from play until you control at least 1 other WATER Monster.

During the turn that this card is used for a Synchro Summon, you can decrease the ATK of the Synchro Monster by half to attack your opponent directly. After Battle Damage is applied, the Synchro Monster's ATK is returned to it's original ATK.

When a "Ninja" monster that you control attacks your opponent, increase the ATK of that monster by x150 for each Set Spell or Trap Card on your side of the field. This card can only activated once per Duel.

As long as this card on the field, this card can only be the target of an attack. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard as a result of battle, it is treated as an Equip Spell Card at the end of the turn. Equip 1 of your opponent's monsters with this card. As long as it is equipped with this card, you control the equipped monster.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand if you have at least 2 "Ninja" Monsters in your Graveyard. During the turn that this card is Special Summoned, it can attack your opponent directly. If this card is the target of the effect of your opponent's Spell or Trap Card, this card is added to your Deck and then is shuffled.

"Ninja's Apprentice" + 1 or more non-Tuner "Ninja" Monsters

During each of your opponent's Standby Phase, you can send 1 Spell or Trap Card from their side of the field to his/her hand. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard as a result of battle, Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Ninja" Monster from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.
