Let him have his turn and on his Standby Phase, activate Time Seal. At the end of the turn, activate Counter Cleaner. Your turn, activate MST, destroy Field Barrier, activate Heavy Storm, destroy all Spells and Traps, Summon Soul Tiger in Attack Mode, equip with Mage Power, attack directly, and it's all over.
