COMPARING WHICH IS THE BETTER FONT SIZE 10 or 11

I always wanted a single playable Exodia card, so I made one. Image is made by me as well.

This is a tricky card, kinda. It seems like an easy enough summon, but its not as easy as it seems, but not really hard either.

The original Exodia's attack is called "Obliterate" which wins you the duel.

This card's effect is similar in a sense, but its what I call a

"Mini-Obliterate".

What that means is this card's effect doesn't win you the duel but it could potentially inflict a triple whammy upon your opponent:

Example

1 - Destroy weaker monster

2 - Destroy Spell/Trap card above weaker monster

3 - Inflict 2200 direct damage to opponent if you successfully destroy opponent's weaker monster.

The above attack is pretty much obliterating a monster in a monster card zone & a spell or trap in a spell/trap card zone above it and reaching all the way to the opponent's life points directly.

So his attack is hitting the opponent 3 times in different ways.

That's the power of a lesser Exodia!!!

FINAL NOTES:

I should note this card does have its DRAWBACKS

1) - The summoning condition for this card is intentionally misleading

Level 6 monsters only require 1 tribute, but in this case, this card requires Level 5 or higher. I chose Level 5 to represent the total pieces of Exodia which is 5.

What this means is, you have to tribute

1. Level 1-4 monster first to summon a Level 5 or higher monster then...

2. Tribute the Level 5 or higher monster to summon this card.

SO BASICALLY this card is a 2-tributer monster even though its a Level 6 monster which happens to be twice the Level of Exodia the Forbidden one which is Level 3.

See the correlations there.

2) Boost Enhancing of this card isn't completely beneficial to this card due to its own effect.

What this means is:

Say you use "Megamorph" to double this card's ATK

It will now have an ATK of 4400

You attack and destroy a 1000 ATK monster.

Normally the damage to your opponent's Life Points would be 3400

BUT EtO's own effect prevents this amount of Battle Damage and instead will cause only 2200 damage to your opponent's Life Points.

See the dilemma when using Boost Enhancing effects on this card?

3) Exodia the Obliterator's ATk and DEF is based on the combined pieces of Exodia but reversed:

1000/1000 + 200/300 (x4) = 1800/2200 ___ reversed = 2200 / 1800 (ATK/DEF)

FAN-FIC BACKSTORY

Exodia the Obliterator was one of Egypt's greatest champions. He caused Egypt to win many Battles. But the power of Exodia was getting more and more dangerous that the Pharaoh decided to divide his power to prevent Exodia from Obliterating Egypt completely. Exodia was de-powered by being broken into 5 pieces and then chained and sealed away. From that moment on, the ancient Egyptian champion would now be known as...

"Exodia the Forbidden One" !!!

how did you made this?

Photoshop.

how did you get a gold rimmed card?

Photoshop again.

um wats with the txt is doesnt look like u made tht

Yes I made it.

Anybody like the effect? This card actually has a dual effect of negating Exodia. So if someone has all 5 pieces of Exodia in there hand and shows it, they cannot declare victory as long as this card remains face-up on the field. This effect works both ways. Basically there can be only 1 Exodia in play sort of. So this is a good card to play against Exodia Decks.

Thanks for the comments.

I fixed up the Golden Name area. Before it was sloppy and broken apart here and there, i touched it up to look better.

About the font, its Matrix Book/Regular/Italic/whatever, but its Matrix, I'm pretty sure Matrix is the original Font used by Konami for Yugioh cards.

The only reason it looks off because its darker.

I have to say though you would really appreciate this font/color when printing out these cards, because you have to make the image more smaller for print, which would mean tinier font to the eyes. So the more distinguished it looks at this size the better it will hold up and be clear/readable when sized downed for printing.

I have tested it by printing cards with this font/colors and they come out vivid and readable like the real Yugioh Holographic Cards in which the text seems a little more bold-ed than that of a common card.
