[spoiler=DMPW-EN000: Tilagos, Demon of the Living Dead]

When this card is Special Summoned from the Graveyard, you can Special Summon as many Zombie-Type monsters from either player's Graveyard as possible. They cannot be Tributed or sent to the Graveyard for Fusion or Synchro Summoning, and they cannot activate their effects until your next Standby Phase. You can only activate this effect once. If this card is destroyed by battle, destroy all Zombie-Type monsters Special Summoned by this card's effect. Then, you can Special Summon 1 "Demon" monster from your Deck. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, remove 1 random card in each player's Graveyard from play.

This card can only be activated when a "Demon" monster is removed from play. Pay 2000 Life Points. Destroy all non-Demon monsters on the field, and inflict 400 Ddamage to your opponent's Life Points for each card destroyed. This card cannot be resolved in a Chain.

This card cannot be Set. Triple any Battle Damage your opponent opponent takes when they attack this Defense Position monster.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 3 WIND monsters in your Graveyard from play. If this card attacks a EARTH Effect monster, it loses 400 ATK and DEF during the Battle Phase. If this card attacks a EARTH Normal monster, it gains 500 ATK and DEF until the End Phase of your turn. Once per turn, by paying 300 Life Points, you can select 1 card your opponent controls and return it to its owner's hand.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 2 Spellcaster-Type monsters you control from play. If "La Jinn, Mystical Genie of the Lamp" was removed from play to Summon this card, you can search your Deck for 1 Spellcaster-Type monster with 2000 DEF or less and Special Summon it. Place 1 Spell Counter on this card for every Spellcaster-Type monster on the field. When there are 5 Spell Counters on this card, remove them to activate one of the following effects:

- Increase your Life Points by 1200.

- Draw 3 cards from your Deck.

"Excalibos, Warrior Demon" + 1 Zombie-Type Tuner Monster

This card can only be Special Summoned by Synchro Summon. If this card is destroyed by a card effect controlled by your opponent, you can activate one of the following effects:

- Pay 700 Life Points. Special Summon 1 of the Synchro Material monsters used to Synchro Summon this card in Attack Position

- Discard 2 cards and pay 1000 Life Points. Special Summon this monster and 1 Demon monster from you or your opponent's Graveyard.

for the special summoning of zombie monsters in the first effect I'd also add in the drawback they can't use their effects on that turn (otherwise this'd get too Oped)

 

Also the card effect destruction effect is OPed as well' date=' you can kill it yourself, get it back, and then comes all the free zombie summons

ok that makes the card much more balanced out, I'll raise my rate to 8.8/10
