Two Random Ideas

My only comment is you forgot to add "and shuffle." after to the end of your second card. otherwise pretty gud!

I give it 9/10

In cases these days, such as for the effect of "Ehren, Lightsworn Monk", the text "Shuffle the Deck afterward" is no longer needed and simply implied, as it involves the deck and mandatory randomization required by basic gameplay. This text was key back when players didn't understand that "add to the deck" =/= "place on top of the deck".

First card is overpowered. Reasons:

->it's a Level 4 Tuner which is the best kind of Tuner.

->it Special Summons a monster instantly for a free Level 5, 6 or 7 Machine Synchro if you have a level 3 or lower monster in your hand or graveyard.

->it has 1800 ATK which is kinda high for its effect.

You should've stated that it cannot be used for a synchro summon on the turn it is summoned.

Second Card is a bit iffy. It's balanced but it's effect is kinda dull. I've seen and used many times.

1st card-7/10

2nd card-8/10

Thank you, I'm looking for those kind of suggestions.

If I continue the "Oxide" mini-theme, I'll change it to only being able to summon an "Oxide" Synchro Monster. I thought about that and figured Ally of Justice decks would orgasm with it. If I don't, I'll find some other use for the art. Like I said, these are ideas. Blackwing decks can already turn Blizzard into a one-card Catastor/Goyo/Brionac, anyway though...

Timebender Seraph was a quick idea, one I felt like making to rehash into a playable Fiber Jar of some sort. I can save that artwork for a better idea later, but for right now, and for when I made it, I had no better ideas. Out of either card, Timebender Seraph is the one I'd ditch first.
