Brushfire
Eh, gotta explain irl stuff again. Gunna require some work. ;-; After finishing late from Science after having to hand in my test scores I went out to the playground for lunch time, or whatever. One of my friends was being accused by this random woman (who is a cleaner who got like... promoted to "random woman who stands there and bitches at people) for dropping a fuck load of salad on the floor (way too much to even fit inside a sandwich). My friend that was accused is called Dan, it'll be easier to explain if I use names... anyway, he said that he hadn't dropped anything, his sandwich doesn't even have salad in and that she was stupid. She responded with "you're stood right next to it, laughing, so it had to be you". Feeling that it was time to speak up, a couple of other's said that it had been there since break and that Dan hadn't done anything. Now... Dan gets a bit pissy when accused of things he didn't do, and called her pathetic and an idiot for saying that as we moved away. My friend Harry (who's like... uber smart ;-;) then pwned her and she shut up, I kinda lol'd at it. Another teacher came out, I'm not sure if she teaches or deals with personal problems, I believe it's the latter and spoke to Dan saying she understood why he'd get annoyed but that kind of attitude doesn't help. In other words, she wasn't a total idiot like most teachers in our school. Then an Assistant Head of our school Mr. Carter came out, and the random cleaner woman said that our group had been causing her trouble, especially "this one" (pointing at Dan). Mr. Carter said that abuse of staff wasn't allowed that and that Dan had to go to his office. Harry then said "that's actually pathetic, being sent away for doing shit", which I agreed with. We went with Dan to Mr. Carter's office and waited outside, when they came out Dan went into one of our halls. Mr. Carter said that Dan had to sit on there on his own as punishment. Harry (like me) decided that arguing with him wasn't a good idea if we didn't want to get kicked out of the school so he said "Sir... Dan didn't actually do anything though.", in which Mr. Carter responded with "I'm aware of that, but abuse of our staff isn't allowed, no matter the circumstances". I didn't speak up, but I wanted to call him an ignorant dumbass and tell him that SHE was the problem, not Dan. But after all, who's word do they take seriously- the teacher's or the student's? tl;dr: Discuss injustice in schools.

Brushfire
Your friend should have handled it maturely. First thing... tl;dr: Discuss injustice in schools. -.-Anyway' date=' yeah he should have, but he's not really a very mature person. He's not, actually in my friend group, he's just a random friend I have lol. If Harry or I had been the one accused, I'm sure that she'd be in the one getting in the sh[b'][/b]it with the higher staff rather than us. Oh' date=' and it takes like, 1 minute to clean up spilled salad. =/[/quote'] Yeah, they should. Especially when they think they have higher authority to us and abuse it like this dumb bitch. Dweller of Parables
Took me a minute or so to read. No tl;dr material :/ Anyway, I have a story. I was in the library typing a research paper and was finished. I ctrl + p and head off to the printer. The Librarian looks at me and I just naturally said "hi". She doesn't do anything except stare at me as I walk by. So I get my papers, walk back to get my stuff from the table where the computer was at and the Librarian has her eyes on me. I go up to her and ask if there was a problem. She says, "no problem here." I tell her "good day" and head off to class. 10 minutes pass by into class and we had to present our reports. I was next and then the P.A. or speaker turned on. The principal wanted to see me. A school security walks in the room and asks for me as well. I walk by the securities side and ask what the problem is. He answers back and tells me bad kids shouldn't speak. I just stay silent and walk into the office where 3 cops are staring eye to eye with me. I then see the principal's face and he eyes me as well. They all look at me and then I lol in front of them. I just start laughing hysterically and they all gasp. I start off with a "look, I need some answers. What is going on because this is all a joke to me. I woke up pissed off because I had to walk to school in the rain, I'm sick, and I am now standing in front of you and you dare not speak? Please speak". The principal then thinks of what to say and says "In light of recent fires and vandalism in the school (graffiti), it is brought to my attention that you may have possession of a gun because our cameras verify such. Do you or do you not have a fun?" I start laughing hysterically once again (I'm sorry, but if they told you something like that, would you sheet bricks or start rofl'ing?). I state "No." He doesn't believe me and demands a serious response along with my book bag. I go, "sure, but I ain't walking to the other side of the school to go get nothing." They all gasp and they see that I am guilty. I am a criminal to them. Long story short- 1 hour passes of discussion and I get my bag eventually and they release me after the Librarian shows up and states I am not guilty of arson or possession of a gun. Thank you. Dweller of Parables
Getting home-schooled =/= varied learning = biased learning = slackI am not totally into the idea of it.The whole idea of public schools gives kids the ideology of many people ranging from conservatives to radical teachers and students. That's my take. XD My German teacher hates me for some unknown reason. We had an assignment due today, which I accidentally forgot at home. I asked her if I could bring it in tomorrow, and she said no. Then, not even 10 minutes later, my friend asked if he could turn in his tomorrow and she said yes. And we HAVE TO go caroling on Monday as a part of our final. Infinitus
Our problem is the students. In the grade below ours(save my friend from that class), a lot of people are just plain jerks. Especially one kid who thinks he's all cool by being dissing people with sarcasm, when really he's just another ass. He kneed one of my classmates in the face (for so I heard, and for the most part I ignore that stuff), and more importantly, everyone in that class is biased (not like being biased of one TV character over another, but for actual real life situations), and no matter what actually happened, they always take what they WISHED happen. I hate the way most of them act (save my friend from that class, who is in fact nice.)
galesonic
It happens. Even when you least expect it. I got a story as well. In my school, theres a lot of kids who drink and smoke (some are dumb wenough to do it either on the bus or in the bathroom). I walked into the bathroom one day and two Seniors were smoking cigarettes in the bathroom. As I set my bag on the ground (I came to school late cause my grandfather took me to New York City the night before to meet a friend that was in the hospital), they put a pack in my bag and left. The security guard walked into the bathroom as I walked out and noticed the pack. He asked "what the hell is that?". I didn't know about it and naturally said "I don't know." He took me to the Principal's office. Usually he'sd have a grin on his face (He's almost like Gin from Bleach. Its so annoying), but he was pissed off. He kept asking me why I had the pack while I kept telling him I didn't know where they came from. After around an hour (and me missing my favorite class), he gave me 2 days ISS and possible 1 day OSS if I get a detention. The next day, he called me through the P.A from the ISS room and said that I don't have to take the second day of ISS and the OSS, but I still had to take this one since it was on my bag. They found out who had the cigarettes (I still don't know how they found out) and they were given 1 day OSS (seems really unfair if you ask me). Akira
Schools always have retarded teachers. Once, I was standing in the lunch queue minding my own business when this ignorant teacher comes out of nowhere accusing me of "pushing in" the line and told me to go to the back. Now this really confused me because I'd been standing there for a while so I just looked at him and said "No.. I didn't." He then starts lecturing me on how I shouldn't lie or argue, and I really stand up for myself because if there's one thing I can't bear it's getting sheet for something I didn't do. Anyway being the giant ignoramus that he is he simply would not drop the case after hearing everything I had to say and not only made me go to the back but said he'd tell my tutor about my rudeness as well. Fortunately my tutor is actually a logical person who believed everything I said and just told me to forget about it. At least I had some support there, but an apology would have been nice.
