While this card is on the field, other monsters you control cannot declare an attack or change their Battle Positions. Each time a Field Spell Card is activated, you can destroy 2 cards you control to send up to 2 cards your opponent controls to the Graveyard. You can pay 2000 Life Points to flip this card into face-down Defense Position. During the End Phase, destroy all face-up cards on the field.

the 2 card destruction effect makes it OPed, even if your other monsters on the field can't attack

 

I'd add another drawback, like this card can't attack directly or something

Awesome Card man. Gees, I haven't posted a card in the Realistic Cards Section for months. Lol. I've forgotten how amazing everyone's cards are. 9.5/10.

It is superbly balanced, and quite useful. I see it getting limited to at least 1 though.
