Lore:

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set if there are more monsters on your side of the field than your opponent's. When this card attacks, the attack target is not destroyed by battle (damage calculation applied normally). When this card attacks, place 1 Wound Counter on the attack target for every 100 points of Battle Damage inflicted to your opponent during the Damage Step (max 10 per monster). All monsters with Wound Counters on them lose 100 DEF during each of your opponent's Standby Phases. When a monster with Wound Counters on it has its DEF reduced to 0, destroy that monster. In addition, inflict 50 points of direct damage to your opponent's Life Points during their Standby Phase for every Wound Counter on the field.

anyway on that note this card is a bit up since one it is hard to destroy and then you loose it anyway two its effect that happens each standby phase is not used until you summon it again and the effect is to week for you to try that hard to use it so I think this card needs the same effect only more damage more atk reduction and more atk at least pic is not yugiohifyed like it but not what you would expect to see on a yugioh card since it's aimed at children.

Not bad, I'm not a big fan of the image, but the OCG is alright, only a few errors. ("Decrease the ATK of all monsters on the field with Blood Counters on them by 50 per counter." = "All monsters on the field lose 50 ATK for each Blood Counter.") Also, a "max." number of BC needs to be included.

 

The card seems reasonably balanced, even though 50 is an insignificant amount, the part about placing 1 Blood Counter per 100 points of damage adds up. However the Summoning conditions do seem kind of harsh, you need to destroy 2 monsters, and then it can only be Summoned during your Main Phase 2 because of this. I might also remove the part about returning this card to the Deck, I don't really think it is needed.

 

As for playability, I don't really see it being worth it for essentially a burn effect and a ATK and DEF advantage. It doesn't really fit in any Deck nicely, and the fact that it can't be SS takes away from the versatility.

 

Overall, I think the effect is a little overcomplicated, there are really too many things going on with the Blood Counters, maybe stick to them having one or two related effects on your opponent. If it was simplified it would also be more playable.

 

Also, I like "Demon Aqualisk", I think that would be a fine name.

with 2200 atk there is no way this is gona last long never mind do alot of damage a lvl 5 monster with 2200 atk need protection not suicidal tendency this card has to come out on a turn when you loose 2 monsters and it's a normal summon so this means you need to loose 2 monsters during your own turn which is terrible since you also need a 3rd monster for a tribute and you need to do this all twice over to do about 1000 damage each standby phase as long as you also ceep a monster that disappears whenever it atks and only has 2200 atk alive. How is this not so up that they would probably limit this to 6 cards per deck cus it's the only way this card would sell.

Apart from that amazing card hate the pic.

you did the following:

 

1) read the card incorrectly

2) didn't even note the updated version

3) you read the card incorrectly rofl

One I did not read the card incorrectly you changed it while I was typing so since all 3 problems revolve around that they are all wrong also still hate that pic and a hell of allot better just change it to going back to the deck if it dose destroy a monster or you are forcing people to atk with a burn card which is not supposed to destroy monsters so almost an amazing effect 7/10.

Actually, the Original card read this: "This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set unless 2 or more monsters were destroyed by battle this turn." ...Implying that you would have to have destroyed 2 monsters on your opponent's side of the field.

 

Anyways, that's irrelevant. That's a terrific fix. I'll change that now :D
