Arbiter's Judgement 33/???

I'm still going with this set, and updating it at intervals, but I'm going to start putting more of my effort onto the newer set I've been considering.

Newest Card(s) Added

449866.jpg

Lore: Pay 1000 Life Points when you activate this card. Gain 100 Life Points for every Spell Counter removed from the field. This card gains a Spell Counter on each Standby Phase and after a successful Executive Summon. (Max 6) You can remove Spell Counters from this card to place an equal amount of Spell Counters on another card on the field. If this card is taken face up from your Deck, you can bring it activated into your Spell/Trap zone for no cost.

449866.jpg

Lore: This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect:

Place a Spell Counter on this card every time a Spell is activated. (Max 4) Remove 4 Spell Counters from this card to take control of a card on your opponents side of the field. Deal 250 Direct Damage to your opponent for every Spell Counter on this card when it is destroyed.

449866.jpg

Lore: This card can only be equipped to a Spellcaster. This card cannot be destroyed while equipped to a WIND monster. The equipped monster gains 700 ATK + 100 ATK for every Spell Counter on the field. Place a Spell Counter on this card if the equipped monster gains Spell Counters. Place a Spell Counter on the field on each players End Phase. (Max 8) The player whose turn it is can pay 100 Life Points to negate the placing of this Spell Counter. If there are 15 or more Spell Counters on the field, you can Draw or destroy a card on the field once per turn.

449866i.jpg

Lore: This card is Executive Summoned with any 2 Spellweavers. Draw a card for each Executive or Arbiter used. This card is treated as having "Arbiter" in the name. [Take control of a card on the field until both your End Phase and the removal of this card from the field has passed.] This card cannot be controlled by other players. Each time a Spell card is activated, place a Spell Counter on this card. (Max 8 ) Remove 4 Spell Counters from this card to either take a card from any graveyard and bring it to the field or to activate the Exe: effect of any card on the field. If a player controls a card on the field that isn't from their own Deck and there isn't a Kyuubi Token on the field, summon a Kyuubi Token. (2750 ATK/ 2250 DEF Beast DARK 7 Star) When the Kyuubi Token is on the field, you can negate the effect of a monster on this card to gain a Spell Counter. While this card is on the field, Kyuubi Tokens has Piercing. If this card is taken face up from your Deck, you can send a "Control is but an Illusion" from your out of play into your Deck or from your Deck to your hand.

Extra Thoughts: "This card cannot be controlled by other players." is basically 'control of this card cannot switch' but to the Nth degree. As in, if its played from the opponents hand it goes to you, same if its revived with something akin to monster reborn, and so on.

/Newest Card(s) Added

[spoiler=Spellweaver][spoiler=Reina][spoiler=Spellweaver Reina]449866.jpg

Lore: This monster is treated as having "Mirage" in the name. Place a Spell Counter on this card if a "Mirage" card does damage. (Max 4) If this card destroys a monster, create a Mirage Token of that monster. You can tribute this monster, Spellwoven, and/or Spell Counters on them to summon a Spellwoven of equal or lower level from your Deck.

[spoiler=Exe: Spellweaver Reina Mirage Tempest]449866.jpg

Lore: Exe: [search your Deck for a Spell card and activate it as if it were in your hand.] All "Mirage", Dark, and Wind monsters gain 400/400 ATK/DEF except this card. All Light and Earth monsters lose 300 ATK/DEF. You may activate or deactivate this effect at the beginning of any Battle Phase. Each time a "Mirage" card is placed on the field or does battle damage, this card gains a Spell Counter. (Max 6) You can remove 3 Spell Counters from this card to negate the effect of a card on this monster until your next Standby Phase. When this monster destroys a monster in battle, summon a Mirage Token of that monster.

Extra Thoughts: From what I've thought about and done in my head, this is the strongest Executive from sheer durability. Also, its 'aura' doesn't apply to itself, or more than once. But if a monster is both a "Mirage" and a Wind, it only gains 400. However, if it were Light and Dark for example, both would apply, for a net gain of 100.

[spoiler=Arbiter Reina]449866.jpg

Exe: Spellweaver Reina Tempest + Any "Exe: Spellweaver"

This card can only be summoned from the Extra Deck by removing Exe: Spellweaver Reina Tempest from the field out of play and by sending an Exe: Spellweaver from the field to the graveyard. When this card is destroyed or removed from the field, summon "Exe: Spellweaver Reina Tempest" from your out of play. This card is treated as having the name and effect of "Exe: Spellweaver Reina Tempest." Place a Spell Counter on this card when a Spell is activated. Remove 3 Spell Counters from this card to activate a Spell from any graveyard. That Spell is removed from play when the effect resolves.

[spoiler=Virginia][spoiler=Spellweaver Virginia]449866.jpg

Lore: This monster is treated as having "Marionette" in the name. Each time a Spell card is activated, place a Spell Counter on this card. (Max 4) You can remove an amount of Spell Counters from this card to summon a Marionette token of equal Stars. Marionette Tokens have 400/400 ATK/DEF for each original Star it has. You may tribute a 3 original Star or higher Marionette token to destroy a Spell or Trap on the field. This card cannot be used for a Tribute Summon.

Extra Thoughts: I was thinking this card might be a tad too bland, from the few things I've looked around at here. I'll leave that decision to others though.

[spoiler=Exe: Spellweaver Virginia Tyrant]449866.jpg

Lore:Exe: [Place 3 Spell Counters on this card. The first Marionette Token this card creates is a Tuner.] This card activates its Exe effect if it is flip summoned. Each time a Spell card is activated, this card gains a Spell Counter. (Max 6) You can remove an amount of Spell Counters from this card to summon a Marionette token of equal Stars. Your opponents monsters lose ATK and DEF equal to 1/4th the total ATK and DEF of all "Marionette" monsters on the field. Your opponent must pay 500 Life Points to activate the effect of a monster. Marionette Tokens have 400/400 ATK/DEF for each original Star it has. You may tribute a 3 original Star or higher Marionette token to destroy a Spell or Trap on the field. This card cannot be used for a Tribute Summon.

[spoiler=Arbiter Virginia]449866.jpg

Exe: Spellweaver Virginia Tyrant + Any "Exe: Spellweaver"

This card can only be summoned from the Extra Deck by removing Exe: Spellweaver Virginia Tyrant from the field out of play and by sending an Exe: Spellweaver from the field to the graveyard. When this card is destroyed or removed from the field, summon "Exe: Spellweaver Virginia Tyrant" from your out of play. This card is treated as having the name and effect of "Exe: Spellweaver Virginia Tyrant" Once per turn declare Spell, Trap, or Monster. Your opponent must discard a card from their hand to activate an effect of that type until your next Standby Phase. Negate the effect of any Spell on this card until your next Standby Phase to place a Spell Counter on this card.

[spoiler=Rachelle][spoiler=Spellweaver Rachelle]449866.jpg

Lore: Each time a Spell card is activated, place a Spell Counter on this card. (Max 4) You can remove a Spell Counter from this card to reduce the ATK and DEF of a monster on the field by 200. If it is face down, flip it face up. Its effect is negated until your End Phase. If this card destroys a monster, you can shuffle a card from your hand into your deck face up to draw a card.

[spoiler=Exe: Spellweaver Rachelle Unbound]449866g.jpg

Lore: Exe: [Your opponent discards the top 2 cards from their deck. For each Monster, pick up a card. For each Spell or Trap, place a Spell Counter on this card.] Each time a Spell card is activated, this card gains a Spell Counter. (Max 6) All other monsters on your side of the field gain 100 ATK for each Spell Counter on this card. You may shuffle any cards you discard from your hand into your Deck instead. Once per turn you may remove Spell Counters from this card to make all players draw an equal amount of cards. On your End Phase, all players must discard that amount of cards from their hand.

[spoiler=Arbiter Rachelle]449866a.jpg

Lore: Exe: Spellweaver Rachelle Unbound + Any "Exe: Spellweaver"

This card can only be summoned from the Extra Deck by removing "Exe: Spellweaver Rachelle Unbound" from the field out of play and by sending an Exe: Spellweaver from the field to the graveyard. When this card is destroyed or removed from the field, summon "Exe: Spellweaver Rachelle Unbound" from your out of play. This card is treated as having the name and effect of "Exe: Spellweaver Rachelle Unbound." Every player picks up a card and sends a card from their hand face up into their Deck on their Standby Phase. A player can pay 800 Life Points to negate this effect on them. You can discard a card from your hand to pick up a card if anybody draws outside their Draw Phase. If you discard cards from your hand or send cards from your deck to your graveyard, send a card from graveyard or out of play into your Deck face up.

[spoiler=Serra][spoiler=Spellweaver Serra]449866y.jpg

Lore: If this card is attacked while face down, before damage calculation switch this card into Attack Mode and give it +1000 ATK until your next Standby Phase. If this monster is destroyed in battle, remove the monster that destroyed it from play. Each time battle damage is done, place a Spell Counter on this card. (Max 4) Remove 4 Spell Counters from this card to remove a card on the field from play.

[spoiler=Exe: Spellweaver Mad Queen Serra]449866.jpg

Lore: Exe: [Remove a card on the field from play.] Each time a Battle damage is done, this card gains a Spell Counter. (Max 6) This monster cannot be destroyed in battle. Remove 2 Counters from this card to place a Chaos Virus Counter on the field. If this card has 3 or more Chaos Virus Counters on it, you can remove a card on the field from play on each of your Standby Phases. Inflict 100 damage to your opponent on their Standby Phase for each Chaos Virus Counter on this card.

[spoiler=Arbiter Serra]449866t.jpg

Exe: Spellweaver Mad Queen Serra + Any "Exe: Spellweaver"

This card can only be summoned from the extra Deck by removing "Exe: Spellweaver Mad Queen Serra" from the field out of play and by sending an Exe: Spellweaver from the field to the graveyard. When this card is destroyed or removed from the field, summon "Exe: Spellweaver Mad Queen Serra" from your out of play. This card is treated as having the name and effect of "Exe: Spellweaver Mad Queen Serra." During each players End Phase deal Direct Damage to your opponent equal to 1 Battle Damage set a player took that turn. This card cannot be prevented from attacking or destroyed in the Battle Phase. All face up monsters must be in Attack position. All monsters must Attack whenever possible.

[spoiler=Evangeline][spoiler=Spellweaver Evangeline]449866p.jpg

Lore: Each time a Spell card is activated, place a Spell Counter on this card. (Max 4) You can remove 2 Spell Counters from this card to negate an effect that destroys cards. You cannot activate this again until your next Standby Phase. If this card has 4 Spell Counters on it during your Standby Phase, you can Draw a card. Gain 100 Life Points on each of your Standby phases for every Spell Counter on the field.

[spoiler=Exe: Spellweaver Evangeline Eternal]449866vx.jpg

Lore: Exe: [This card gains Piercing, Siphon, and a Spell Counter.] Each time a Spell card is activated, this card gains a Spell Counter. (Max 6) If this card has 2 Spell Counters on it, you can negate an effect that destroys cards. You cannot activate this again until your next Standby Phase. If this card has 3 Spell Counters on it all monsters on your side of the field gain 300/300 ATK/DEF. If this card has 4 Spell Counters on it during your Standby Phase, you can Draw a card. If this card has 6 Spell Counters on it, you can destroy a card on the field once per turn.

Extra Thoughts: I hope nobody minds the truncation of "During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent." to Piercing, and "When this monster deals damage to your opponent's Life Points, increase your own Life Points by the same amount." to Siphon. This card is already stuffed to the brim. Also changed it around, not trying to make an effect for each Spell Counter up, and reduced some of what I left in place.

[spoiler=Arbiter Evangeline]449866n.jpg

Lore: Exe: Spellweaver Evangeline Eternal + Any "Exe: Spellweaver"

This card can only be summoned from the Extra Deck by removing Exe: Spellweaver Evangeline Eternal from the field out of play and by sending an Exe: Spellweaver from the field to the graveyard. When this card is destroyed or removed from the field, summon "Exe: Spellweaver Evangeline Eternal" from your out of play. This card is treated as having the name and effect of "Exe: Spellweaver Evangeline Eternal." Negate the effect of any monster on this card until your next Standby Phase to place a Spell Counter on this card. If this card has 7 Spell Counters on it, you can send a card from your grave or out of play face up into your Deck once each turn. If this card has 8 Spell Counters on it, you can draw a card once each turn. If this card has 9 Spell Counters on it, you can destroy a card on the field once per turn, and give this card +1000 ATK, Piercing, and Siphon until it is destroyed.

[spoiler=Spellwoven][spoiler=Spellwoven Marionette]449866.jpg

Lore: Place a Spell Counter on this card on each Standby Phase. (Max 3) Treat this card as having any amount of stars for a Synchro Summon up to its Level and its Spell Counters. If this card is used in a Synchro Summon, shuffle it back into your Deck face up. If this card is drawn face up from your Deck, you may discard it to get a card from your graveyard into your hand.

Extra Thoughts: I'm not exactly sure on the grammar on Synchro Summons, so forgive that. Also, I would like it if there was a better way to space the text since there seens to be a lot of space wasted at certain points.

[spoiler=Spellwoven Chrysalis]449866k.jpg

Lore: Each time a Spell is activated, place 1 Spell Counter on this card. (Max 3) This card cannot be destroyed in battle. If this monster is Tributed gain 500 Life Points for each Spell Counter. If there were 3 Spell Counters you can take a Spell Card from your graveyard to your hand.

[spoiler=Spellwoven Crystaline Mirage]449866h.jpg

Lore: This monster gains 400 ATK/DEF for each effect affecting its stats. Place a Spell Counter on this card each Standby Phase. (Max 3) Remove 3 Spell Counters from this card to take a Spell from your graveyard to your hand. If this card deals damage, flip the top card on your Deck face up. If it is a Spell card, add it to your hand.

[spoiler=Spellwoven Mirage Trickster]449866e.jpg

Lore: The monster with the lowest ATK/DEF wins in a battle with this monster. This monster gains ATK/DEF equal to the battle damage it has done. If this card is destroyed in battle, summon a Mirage Token of this monster. While this card is in your graveyard you can take a card from your hand, the top card of your deck, and this card and place them all face down in front of your opponent. Have them select a card. If this card is selected then remove all the cards from play. If this card is not selected bring the other cards to your hand and summon Spellwoven Mirage Trickster.

Extra Thoughts: Incase its too muddled, you basically play a shell game with your opponent. If they find the Trickster, good for them. If not, good for you.

[spoiler=Spell/Trap]

[spoiler=Supreme Court]449866.jpg

Lore: "Spellwoven" monsters gain 300/300 ATK/DEF "Spellweaver" monsters gain 500/500 ATK/DEF. "Exe" monsters gain 700/700 ATK/DEF. "Arbiter" monsters gain 1000/1000 ATK/DEF. Spellweavers and Spellwoven can each gain a Spell Counter once per turn. If an "Exe" monster deals damage or destroys a monster, you can send a Spell from your graveyard face up into your Deck. If an "Arbiter" monster does damage or destroys a monster, you can draw a card. Gain 100 Life Points on your Standby Phase for each Spell Counter on the field.

[spoiler=From Beyond]449866.jpg

Lore: Pay 800 Life Points to Tribute Spell Counters and Spellcaster monsters from your field or hand to Summon a Spellcaster of equal or lower Level from your Deck. If this card is removed from the field, the monster is destroyed. If the monster is removed from the field, destroy this card. Return this card to your hand on your Standby Phase. If this card is returned to your hand, you can destroy a Spell or Trap card on the field.

Extra Thoughts: I'm not entirely sure if this card should be a ritual, or just a normal Spell, or a Continuous. It functions like a Ritual, but otherwise acts as a Continuous. Continuous, makes it a lot clearer on its effect, and I actually got to notice a glaring error in the text.

[spoiler=Exponentially Endothermic Experiment]449866e.jpg

Lore: Pay 400 Life Points or remove a Spell Counter from this card on your Standby Phase. If you do not, this card is destroyed. Each time a Spell is activated, place a Spell Counter on this card. (Max 10) If you Executive Summon a monster, Draw a card and place a Spell Counter on the summoned monster. If "Exe" monsters are destroyed, bring them back to your hand instead.

[spoiler=Virginia's Compulsion]449866.jpg

Lore: This card cannot be affected by a card that does not target it. Gain 400 Life Points, send the top card of your Deck to your graveyard, and place a Spell Counter on this card on your Standby Phase. (Max 5) Remove 2 Spell Counters from this card to shuffle a card from your graveyard face up into your Deck, or 3 to send a card from your out of play face up into your Deck. When your opponent draws or picks up card(s) from their Deck, they must send the first card they draw to the graveyard. For every "Spellweaver Virginia" on the field, your opponent must discard a card from their hand to activate any effect that targets card(s) in their Deck, graveyard, or out of play. If this face up card is taken from your Deck, your opponent skips their next Draw Phase.

[spoiler=The Spellwoven Charm]449866j.jpg

Lore: Take control of the 1 monster on your opponents side of the field until your next End Phase when you first activate this card. Each time a Spell card is activated, place a Spell Counter on this card. (Max 4) You can remove 4 Spell Counters from this card to activate this effect again. Your opponent draws a card whenever you activate this effect. Gain 100 Life Points on your Standby Phase for each Spell Counter on the field. If "Spellweaver Evangeline" is on the field, the effect becomes "Take control of a card on your opponents side of the field." and while a "Spellweaver Evangeline" is on the field the End Phase portion is skipped.

[spoiler=Gamma Cosmic Star]449866.jpg

Lore: Place a Spell Counter on this card during each Standby Phase. (Max 5) Monsters on your side of the field gain 100 ATK/DEF for each Spell Counter on this card. Remove 3 Counters from this card to destroy a monster on the field or to draw a card. Once per turn you can spend 500 Life Points to give a monster 500 ATK and Piercing. Discard a card to draw a card once per turn for each "Spellweaver Rachelle" on the field. "Spellweaver Rachelle" cards cannot be destroyed by Trap cards. If this card is out of play send it to your Deck face up. If this face up card is taken from your Deck, you can discard a card from your hand to draw a card.

[spoiler=Theoretical Sphere of Influence]449866u.jpg

Lore: When this card is activated, "Mirage" cards gain 200/200 ATK/DEF. Once per Battle Phase, you can make an Attack on your monster into a Direct Attack. Once per Battle Phase, gain Life Points equal to half the ATK of a monster Attacking directly. Every time you gain 750 or more Life Points, place a Spell Counter on this card. (Max 5) Remove 3 Spell Counters from this card to summon a Mirage Token. "Spellweaver Reina" cards have Siphon. If this face up card is taken from your Deck, you can activate it as if it were in your hand.

[spoiler=Serra's Twisted Amulet]449866h.jpg

Lore: You can treat a card face up on top of your Deck as face up on the field in terms of its effects. Place a Chaos Virus Counter on the field whenever cards are shuffled into any deck face up. Once per turn you may flip a card in your Deck face up. Remove 2 Spell Counters from this card to send a card from your graveyard into your Deck face up, or 3 to send a card from your out of play into your Deck face up. You can place a Chaos Virus Counter on every "Spellweaver Serra" on the field once per turn. If a "Spellweaver Serra" card is on the field, this card cannot be destroyed, negated, or removed from play. "Spellweaver Serra" cards have Piercing. If this card is taken face up from your Deck, you can place a Chaos Virus Counter on the field.

Extra Thoughts: Hope nobody minds the truncation. I'll just put the truncation up in the data about my cards. Also, Chaos Virus Counters are fun.

[spoiler=Control Is But An Illusion]

449866.jpg

Lore: Discard a card from your hand and pay 1000 Life Points. Negate the activation of a Spell or Trap card. After resolution bring the negated card to an open Spell/Trap zone on your field, and leave this card on the field. If either this card or the taken card are negated, destroyed, or removed from the field, remove both of these cards from play.

Extra Thoughts: I was thinking about either changing one of the costs to, or adding straight on a remove a Spell Counter from your side of the field effect, to make it a little more restricted in the types of decks that it can be run in.

[spoiler=Preemptive Measures]449866s.jpg

Lore: Special Summons by your opponent are negated and removed from play. Remove a Spell Counter from the field or pay 800 Life Points on each of your Standby Phases. If you do not, then this card is destroyed. If this card is destroyed while active, your opponent Summons a non-Synchro monster from their out of play. Place a Spell Counter on this card for every 2 Spell Counters removed from the field. (Max 5) Remove 5 Spell Counters from this card to remove a card on the field from play. Cards used for the cost of Executive Summons can be sent into the Deck.

Extra Thoughts: Oh hello there Judgement Dragon. Its too bad you have a special summoning condition so you can't be revived by this card. Anyway, I really do hate how the sizing works.

[spoiler=Counters/Tokens][spoiler=Mirage Token]This token has ATK and DEF equal to the ATK and DEF of the monster this token was made from -800. This token has Stars equal to the ATK and DEF of the monster this token was made from -1. This token has the same Attribute and Type as the monster this token was made from. This token cannot be used for a Tribute or Synchro Summon. You can decrease the Stars on this card by 2 to place a Spell Counter on the field any number of times. Remove this Token from the field on the End Phase you activate this effect.

[spoiler=Marionette Token]This token has 400/400 ATK/DEF for each original Star it has. You may tribute a 3 original Star or higher Marionette token to destroy a Spell or Trap on the field. This card cannot be used for a Tribute Summon.

[spoiler=Chaos Virus Counter]Inflict 100 Damage to the controller of the card this counter is on on each Standby Phase, and 300 Damage for the controller to use the effect of the card this is on. This may be used as a Spell Counter by paying 800 Life Points. If this Counter is on a "Serra" card, negate any Life Point costs it invokes, and if it is a monster, give it +200 ATK/DEF. Each card can hold up to 5 Chaos Virus Counters.

*Spellweaver Structure*

Spellweaver Template: Generally, with just a Spellweaver, its a 4 Star monster Spellcaster, right now only of Wind and Dark Attributes. All Spellweavers, regardless of their position and level, always have a Spell Counter Limit of their Star Level. Executives have 600 ATK/DEF more than their predecessors in general.

Executive Summons:

Executive Summons are what allow the Spellweaver decks to run smoothly, and how they will be getting most of their more powerful cards out. Think of the Executives as kind of like Neo-Parshath or the upgrading of a Lvl monster. By discarding a card from your hand and removing the previous Spellweaver from the field, hand, or graveyard from play, you can Special Summon the "Exe" monster from your hand. If the "Exe" monster is in your graveyard, then the prerequisite has to be on the field, but it still can be done. When the monster is summoned in this way, its Exe effect will activate, listed in the cards as...

Exe: [ *stuff* ]

I won't be putting it in the cards, as it will take up too much room on them and make them invariably blurred. It is right here though, for any reference.

While on that topic, in my cards the effect "During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent." is truncated to Piercing, and "When this monster deals damage to your opponent's Life Points, increase your own Life Points by the same amount." is truncated to Siphon.

Arbiter Contact:

These are able to be summoned from the Extra Deck once you have the previous Executive on the field and a secondary Executive. They all have the details and summoning condition=

Executive Component + Any "Exe: Spellweaver"

This card can only be summoned from the Extra Deck by removing "Executive Component" from the field out of play and by sending an Exe: Spellweaver from the field to the graveyard. When this card is destroyed or removed from the field, summon "Executive Component" from your out of play. This card is treated as having the name and effect of "Executive Component."

Also, Arbiters are Removed from Play when they are destroyed.

@DMZ

I'll think about that a little more when deciding future pictures. Though from what I know, they always looked a bit cartoonish so I don't think its really that out of character.

@Άř¢ħėłäűŝ

I've tried to correct a lot of the OCg, and from what I can see, it pretty much lines up. I know I probably missed a few things, and I've corrected a little more I believe.

Anyway, Added Spellweaver Rachelle *2 more Spellweavers to go* and From Beyond. Its kind of interesting it took me this long to get to the first Spell card in what is supposed to be a Spell heavy style. I'm also going to try to make Wind work a little better since aside from Stardust Dragon it seems to get little love. ((I am going to be making Synchros, but I'll be trying to make them balanced. Some of the Synchros I've been seeing... make me wonder.))

You sure?

Although thats not the theme I'm going for. And I'd personally put Relinquished in with Epic rather than frightening. But in a lot of the cases those two categories would be combined for me anyway so thats null. In any case, Spellweaver Serra and Exponentially Endothermic Experiment added. In the latter the first hints at the main feature of the set.

Alright, Spellweaver Evangeline and Preemptive Measures. I'm somewhat concerned that the latter is OP due to the meta going around. Swarm decks will not like that one.

I'm currently in the middle of deciding whether to add more support first, in the form of Spellwoven, Spells, etc, or to just jump right into the Exe cards, the meat of the Structure. If anybody has any comments on that, I'll listen.

Part of the reason I did it that way was also because I needed to have a way to find three similar pictures for each Spellweaver to represent them, plus more if I decided to have a specific Spell card. Also, I'm far more concerned with the effects and balance than the actual picture. Anyway, added Executive Serra.

Added Executive Evangeline and The Spellwoven Charm. I'm actually kind of concerned that nobody has had any sort of criticisms on the balance. I'd have thought I made them to overpowered or underpowered in at least some circumstance. Especially if the 'continuous' nature of Evangeline is considered unbalanced rather than making it the usual cost for effects.

Also, DMZ, even though Executive Evangeline might be considered "Anime" slightly, I think she'll register on your 'cute' scope if the Toon monsters do.

I decided that yes, a lot of the stuff on Executive Evangeline was unnecessary and partly because I was trying to fill up an effect for every single Counter 'orbital'. So I removed two of them and reduced a third. Also, the final Executive, Executive Reina, has arrived. And because I massively changed around Executive Evangeline, I'm going to leave her in the newer cards for the time being.

Also, could you point out the other OP cards? I don't want to just take the nerfstick to things randomly and cause more problems than I would solve.

Virginia's Compulsion done, two more to go. I know for sure there are 'certain' decks that'll hate Compulsion.

Also, finally decided on a relevant title for the set. The Arbiters will be coming along sometime in the near future, probably after the field card for them is done, and the other Continuous Spells.
