archie17
LIMITED EDITION SUPER RARE VERSION a.k.a. a TIN CARD or VIDEO GAME PROMO CARDTo Tribute Summon this card, you must Tribute 1 Level 5 or higher Zombie-Type monster. While this card is face-up on the field, its Type is also treated as Zombie-Type. Increase this card's ATK by 300 for every Zombie-Type monster on the field, except this card. If this card destroys a monster as a result of battle that your opponent controls, place 1 "Necro Counter" on any monster(s) that is occupying an adjacent Monster Card Zone(s) of the destroyed monster’s. When a monster has a "Necro Counter" on it, the monster is treated as Zombie-Type. Zombie-Type monsters cannot attack this card. Basically this card is empowered by Zombies, and can turn up to 2 monsters into Zombies with a single attack if circumstances are right. Note: This is suppose to be a stronger card than Exodia Necross. This card is the successor to that card, where as I made Exodia the Obliterator as a predecessor to Exodia the Forbidden One. ragnarok1945
given its atk boosting ability you should have made this lv7 since it has 2500 base atk already fortunately, it's a hell of a lot better than Exodia Necross, and for that, I'll rate this 8.4/
archie17
he has the stats or guardians grarl which is a level 5 monster at 2500/1000 this card is a hard summon its really a 2 tributer summon, and it has to be a specific tribute. So really even though its Level 5 its really a Level 7 (aka 2 tributes) anyways also his boost enhancing effects is somewhat semi-situational. might be a little overpowered because he can turn up to 2 monsters into Zombies with 1 attackwhich would then increase his power 2 fold, making him stronger and cannot be attacked by the monsters he turns into Zombies. anybody else got an opinion about the effects of this card? Archelaus
[its maah intro] Exodia Necro The Forbidden One, wow..that was a mouthful. Down to the review... To Tribute Summon this card, you must Tribute 1 Level 5 or higher Zombie-Type monster. *Seems pretty easy to summon.* While this card is face-up on the field, its Type is also treated as Zombie-Type. *I saw this coming.* Increase this card's ATK by 300 for every Zombie-Type monster on the field, except this card. *Lower the base ATK to 1600 or 1800* If this card destroys a monster as a result of battle that your opponent controls, place 1 "Necro Counter" on any monster(s) that is occupying an adjacent Monster Card Zone(s) of the destroyed monster’s. *So its like a plague of zombies?* When a monster has a "Necro Counter" on it, the monster is treated as Zombie-Type. *I knowz* Zombie-Type monsters cannot attack this card. *Random much?* Seems i said all tht is needed to be said. I'm never much of a fan of exodia cards. 8.9/
~Oleon~
Zombie-Type monsters cannot attack this card. *Random much?*He can just use Zombie World' date=' or the cards effect. The pic isn't very good, its nothing to really be proud of. I have seen it everywhere. It really is quite OPed, actually. "Tribute a Level 5 or higher Zombie-Type monster" have you ever heard of Call of the Mummy? Or the actual Zombie archtype? It mainly focuses on summoning high leveled zombies and strong zombies to swarm the enemy with barrages of powerful attacks. This is immense, for in a zombie deck you could have it as 7000 ATK monster, all in all, as possible. But, I think I like the OPedness of it all. But, I don't like the pic, so, I'm giving you a...[b'] 7.2/10 [/b]

But your points about it being overpowered have made me think twice about its base attack. I'm thinking I should just change his base ATK to 2000 even. I'm going to review level 5 monsters' ATK ranges and see which is the best choose for this card. As I have it right now 2500 is the maximum ATK range for a Level 5. But I'm starting to this card doesn't need the maximum ATK range because of its ATK boosting effect. You rating is a bit low, should be atleast an 8 minimum, maybe 7.9 if you think the effect/stats are off too much, which they are. I will be revising this card in a bit.[its maah intro] Exodia Necro The Forbidden One' date=' wow..that was a mouthful.[b']I'm actually going to change it to "Exodia Necross the Forbidden Zombie". Seems to be more in line to the fact that its a remake of Exodia Necross, so I'm ditching the Necro for Necross, and its not that long of a name, I've seen worse/longer.[/b] Down to the review... To Tribute Summon this card, you must Tribute 1 Level 5 or higher Zombie-Type monster. *Seems pretty easy to summon.*I suppose but it amounts to a 2 tribute, with 1 being of a specific type. While this card is face-up on the field, its Type is also treated as Zombie-Type. *I saw this coming.* Yup, it would of actually been weird if this wasn't included. Increase this card's ATK by 300 for every Zombie-Type monster on the field, except this card. *Lower the base ATK to 1600 or 1800* I'm thinking either 1800 or 2000, which is better? If this card destroys a monster as a result of battle that your opponent controls, place 1 "Necro Counter" on any monster(s) that is occupying an adjacent Monster Card Zone(s) of the destroyed monster’s. *So its like a plague of zombies?* Yeah, makes sense, since that is what Zombies do, they infect. THis to me is one of the better effects of this card. When a monster has a "Necro Counter" on it, the monster is treated as Zombie-Type. *I knowz*You sure you just asked if its like a plague of zombies :p Zombie-Type monsters cannot attack this card. *Random much?* Too much? Seems i said all tht is needed to be said. I'm never much of a fan of exodia cards. 8.9/10 And yet you gave me a pretty high rate. Thanks much? :p
archie17
Revised the card: - Renamed it "Exodia Necross the Forbidden Zombie" - Changed the ATK & DEF to 2000 / 1500 which is the same as "Vampire Lord" - Edited image by adding an infectious zombie ghost in the middle of Exodia Necross' fireball. Its to represent the effect of him infecting monsters by turning them into Zombie-Types.
Jazin Kay
Zombie power out the butthole, but it's still a Spellcaster?
archie17
It's both Spellcaster-Type (Exodia Necross original Type) and Zombie-Type (this part is in the lore) like the way Light and Darkness Dragon is. The difference is L&D Dragon is a Double Attribute monster, this is a Double Type monster.
turbo10k
Very good effort made into searching the card images...I think the 5-star tribute isn't a problem, and as the ORIGINAL atk is only 2000, its justified. But, 2000 damage per turn, THATS overpowered!
ragnarok1945
I didn't see that much of a need for the revisions, it was balanced already, but I'll raise the rate to 8.9/10 anyway
