☨Genocide ☨
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 2 WATER monsters in your Graveyard from play. During each of your opponent's Standby Phases, you can destroy 1 WATER monster you control to change the battle position of 1 of your opponent's face-up Monster Cards to Defense Position and set its DEF to 0. Once changed, the monster must remain in this position until the End Phase. If you activate this effect, this card cannot attack during this turn. Vailan
DEF position = Defense Position. Balanced effect, good pic. 8/
ragnarok1945
for the rest of the turn I think you can change it to until the End Phase other than that this is a very balanced card and I'll rate it 9.1/

Hmm I'll wait to rate until you release more cardes in the archetype, because I don't get the whole concept quite well yet.
☨Genocide ☨
Thanx for the correction, but I'm pretty sure this OCG is correct. I copied and pasted a good amount of it. And This is a single, not a set, so there will not be anymore cards in support.
