You can only activate this card if you control a "Dreamer" monster. if you want to make a continous Trap Card, why did you used a turn restriction then? I would change the effect to this: Any cards that would be added to either Players hands except during Draw Phases are removed from play instead. Destroy this card during your 5th Standby Phase after activation. If you control no "Dreamer" monsters, take 700 Points of Damage and add this card to your opponents hand. nice effect, a bit OP but thats OK. pic is ok too, so 8,5/10 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have 3 separate sections: Monster, Spell & Trap cards. I'm sure you've saved the effect in the card maker.I can correct the OCG better then. effects are very good, a fish support and a life point increasing spell card support, both things are rarely seen and used, so 8,5/10. UNDERPOWERED? I thought this one was overpowered lol. You can equip any monster to it, be it Blue Eyes or Obelisk(yes, this card negates Monster Effect, but screw that, it CAN.
