Jazin Kay
When this card is Normal Summoned or Flip Summoned, remove all Machine-Type monsters in both players' Decks from play. There ya go.
DMZ
Meh, change that to remove all Dragons and I'll be happy XD. Too many dragons these days, too many.... 7/
ragnarok1945
simple but balanced out effect Jazin Kay already pointed out the OCG errors, shame it only does machines though 8/
Delta_Sigma
Balanced? Just have this thing in the side deck and boom. Machine theme decks become almost literally impossible to play. Maybe reduce the effect to in the hand?

Its balanced because it would screw you over if you had a Machine deck? You can't honestly tell me you'd run a Machine deck with this in it, so thats not any sort of balance. If it said 'remove all Dark monsters in the deck from play', would that be balanced just because you 'might' be running a Dark deck rather than a Lightsworn? Though have I missed out on something? Why is there so much Machine hate?

Why is there so much Machine hate? >.> Seriously? So your ACTUALLY going to waste a space or two (maybe even three) just in case your opponent has a machine deck? And besides, your Removed From Play area is now your Second Graveyard because of all of these Out of Play supports. Not only that, you have either a 1/40, 2/40, or 3/40 chance of pulling him out. Delta_Sigma
There is a side deck for a reason. I wouldn't main deck this at all, but it would utterly stack the meta against Machines permanently. There would be no way for any Machine deck to get popular because if it got close to being dominant, people would really side deck this and it'd become null. I just don't like the idea of an entire type becoming crippled. And unless the Machine deck specifically has out of play stylings to it, its not your second graveyard after all. It's STILL a 1-3/40 chance, unless you search it, but then it is probably gonna be Special Summoned. Note that there are many anti-type cards out there. If you were REALLY protective of your Machines, you would just negate this card's effect.

But if Machines became prevalent then this would shut them down completely, it would make a respectable Machine theme all but impossible. And yes I know that there are many different anti-type cards, but nothing to this sort of extent.

You may never know...it's always a possibility. And you could just negate it's effect.
DMZ
Effect can be negated but this renders one of the least used types useless. 7/
