Archelaus
A Phantom Holo(The Smoky Background...) This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned if your opponent has exactly 3 DARK monsters in his/her Graveyard. You can remove from play 1 Spell or Trap Card in your Graveyard to flip face-up the top card of your opponent's Deck and shuffle it. When your opponent draws a face-up card, send it to the Graveyard. Each time a card is sent to the Graveyard by this effect and this card is in your Graveyard, you can Special Summon it. This card's effects are Lingering effects. Please review it properly. :D
Delta_Sigma
Very interesting, its able to make your opponent lose their draw phases, and able to revive itself almost infinitely given that you remove 5 or 6 Spells or Traps from your graveyard. The only question I have of this card is the high difficulty summoning it, as it relies on your opponents graveyard rather than your own. But that only adds more to the uniqueness than anything. A lot of people run Dark, so I'd imagine this would be a very good side deck card.
~Oleon~
Right, here goes. I have never in my whole life seen a card with "This card's effects are lingering effects", so I have no idea what that means, it is probably OCG error, if not, please tell me what it is.Just a little tip:The picture is a woman, so maybe change the name from Faustravio to Faustravia.I've seen the pic before, but never used it, I thought it was too dark, but you have brought it all together so it fits.OCG errors, such as;"When your opponent draws a face-up card,"it would be correctly:""When your opponent draws a card,"For face-up means to be on the field, in either Attack or Defense Position. Or to be an activated Spell or Trap. Its OPed, but most cards are anyway, and, besides, I like OPed cards, they help you win. :)And, unless your opponent has a Dark Deck, how will they have 3 Darks in their Graveyard. Can you explain this in full-length, for I am confused. Seeing as I do not understand it fully, I am not going to rate it. yet .

-DOOM
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned if your opponent has exactly 3 DARK monsters in their Graveyard. It looks a slightly bit OP to me, because of the lingering part and the fact that you can flip face-up as much cards as you like. And i don't know if saying "this card's effects are lingering effects" is the right way..... you could have created the effect so that the effect is a lingering effect without saying it. the effect itself is great, i would only add "twice per turn" or "thrice per turn" to the removing effect. to the holo: It seems to me that you only added some beige spots and then smudged them a bit...8,5/
Delta_Sigma
Let me get this part out of the way first. "When your opponent draws a face-up card' date='"it would be correctly:""When your opponent draws a card,"For face-up means to be on the field, in either Attack or Defense Position. Or to be an activated Spell or Trap.[/quote'] It actually would be the former and not the latter, as this card flips the cards of your opponents deck face up so that when they are drawn this cards revival will trigger on them. In your version, I have the humorous vision of your opponent losing every draw phase and this thing reviving itself once a turn. ((Ninja'd: Or simply say that your opponent doesn't shuffle their deck until your End Phase. Which could add a bit of strategy in you trying to shuffle your opponents deck with various cards.)) ragnarok1945
interesting to see Lingering effects, rarely seen any other cards have that on their text only problem is you can flip too many cards face up, maybe put a slight restriction on that 9/
