Speaking about "you can", on Vegeta's Effect, shouldn't it say that? Since it doesn't really look like discarding 2 Spell Cards is optional. Yeah I think OCG has alot to do with style, cause lets face it, everybody has grown up with thier own grammer, so expecting everyone to conform and have perfect grammer on thier cards is just pointless to me haha.
