The Correct OCG IS"This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card "Hell"."Also, it's not an Effect monster, its just a Ritual Monster. I would choose Dragon-Type, since FIRE is only an Attribute. Also, it does -Where is this "Hell" card? And the proper OCG for the effect is:"This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Hell"."-The stats are too powerful! It's like Black Luster Soldier x3. The effect of the Ritual Spell Card must (i Think) be "This card is used to Ritual Summon "Dragon From Hell". This card is used to Ritual Summon "Dragon from Hell".
