Nice to see draw power, though I'd make it slightly more specific of being destroyed, like being destroyed in battle

not bad of an effect, the only problem is it has too low atk power

 

this is a lv6 monster, so I'd give it at least 2100 atk to better defend itself

This effect is longer. See what I can improve.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 3 Machine-Type monsters. When this card is Special Summoned succesfully, you can discard any number of cards from your hand to increase this card's ATK equal to the number of discarded cards x300. When this card is destroyed, you can pay 500 Life Points to destroy 1 card your opponent controls.

 

I thought this was balanced because of the summoning conditions. What do you think?

Not bad, but I'd raise the atk higher for this card, like up to 2800ish.

 

Then, for the *300 atk per card discarded, I'd only make it last for 1 turn

 

right now the 2000 atk and the *300 PERMANENT effect is balanced, but only initially. Once the atk power accumulates, it'll get too powerful

oh sorry that was my computer error (it has trouble loading certain pages) and didn't load the page right.

 

In that case for the most part keep the effect, but I'd say you can discard a max of only 4 cards
