I am no expert at OCG but the start of the effect could be worded something like this:"When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your hand."I do not know the exact OCG for the next part of your effect if anyone else can help that would be great. oh and other than OCG i like the "Twilight Hunter" Card Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
