This card can only be activated when your Opponent declares an attack. Destroy the attacking monster and inflict damage to your Opponent x300 for every level of the destroyed monster (Max. 2000). During your Opponent's next End Phase, Special Summon the destroyed monster in face-up Attack Position on your Opponent's field. The Special Summoned monster is then treated as an Effect Monster with the following effect: - This card cannot declare an attack unless the card's controller sends the top card of their Deck to the Graveyard.
- Restricted to 2 per Deck.

- Image Credit is to Jung Park.
Fix'ed your OCG errors.

Opponent = opponent

every = each

And you don't need to say "the top card of their Deck to the Graveyard" just "top card of their Deck."

Other than that good job 9.5/10

Lol, I'll leave the OCG the way it is. Not much of a difference =/

And thanks for rating (I wish I could get more).

Seems hideously underpowered; it's essentially a Magic Cylinder that does less damage. Why on earth is it Semi-Limited?

OMGZ' date=' YOU COMMENTED ON MAH CARD =O[/s']

Because due to the last effect, your basically inflicting damage and milling in one card. Call me crazy but I think having 3 of these in your Deck would be .... somewhat ridiculous.

Most decks like being milled anyhow, the opponent isn't required to attack with the monster again, and the burn and mill effects point to separate win conditions that don't support one another at all. Besides, one card? Mill decks can't use that. That level of mill is only useful for blocking attacks with Macro.

Wow, you got all out to prove your point =/

Okay, now that you've pointed out the flaws, mind trying to fix them?
