i think it means "by having 5 or more....." but this is not really important.....

effect seems balanced, because of the summoning condition and the effect negating part.

OCG correction is already up, which was very small anyway

 

quite a balanced out effect, I wouldn't negate the special summoned monster's effect permanently though, maybe for like 3 or 4 turns and that's enough

it may be a tad to powerfull, becouse it can Special Summon a lot, maybe add that it cannot Sp Sum during the turn that it was Summoned?

I don't really like Synchro's but this is ok support.
