[spoiler=Correct OCGs]

"During each of your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon 1 "Black from Dead" monster from your Graveyard, the Summoned monster cannot attack. This card gain 1200 ATK for each monster Summoned by this card's effect."

"Once per turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points for each "Back from the Dead" monster you control to increases this card's ATK by the number of "Back from the Dead" monsters you control x1000."

"During each turn, by paying 500 Life Points for each "Back from the Dead" monster you control, you can destroy 2 cards on the field."

"During each turn, increases your Life Points by the number of "Back from the Dead" monsters you control x1200. During the End Phase, Tribute 1 monster you contro, if you do not, destroy this card."

 

 

Since the OCG is already corrected, let's see. Attack Troup seens UP, but the rest is ok.

一, Well, the first one can get really powerful really fast. thus OP'd.

二, 1000 for each "Back From the Dead" on the field, and then it gains the same amount as ATK, and does nothing else. UP'd

三, that could end up with you paying 2500 to destroy 2 cards. UP'd

四, Could end up causing you to gain 5500-6000 LP a turn, but, since it requires a tribute to keep on the field, balanced.

五, Overall, only one is balanced, two are Under-Powered, one is Over-Powered, there are OCG errors, pointed out by Deus, so, I'll give you 七/十 (7/10)

 

NOTE: All criticism assumes using a "Back From the Dead" deck.

These card are pretty good all my complaints have been stated in earlier posts, so yeah ill give you a 6/10
