Ok, problems with this is, that the pic seems stretched. Sorry bro, that how it looks to me. The first line, switch the positions of the two sentences, that way it will make more sense. Effect two seems ridiculous just for one blasted card. Even Cyber Valley is more reasonable than that. At least destroy 2 monsters on the field. I would tone down the third effect forat least 2000 (though I prefer 1900). Overall, 6.4/10

Ok your OCG...Honestly....Terrible. But I can fix it!

 

"Once per turn, you can select and activate 1 of the following effects:

2.Discard 3 cards from your hand to destroy a monster on the field.

3.Discard 5 cards in your hand to inflict 3000 to your oppponent."

 

OCG your OCG problems all circulate around bad Capping and no longer existing card types.

 

Magic is not a card type anymore.

 

Also this card is greatly OP (Overpowering = to powerful to be allowed in a real game).

Ditching 5 cards to deal 3000 points of damage? This card wouldnt even be considered if someone had the idea. To balance it properly, toss the last effect completely.

 

For a first card it's...not HORRIBLE but it's not good. Try some more and keep practicing.

LLD already pointed out all the OCG errors

 

and 5 cards for 3000 burn is just WAY too much, I'd reduce the burn damage to half that if you're going to keep it
