This card can only be Special Summoned from anywhere in the game when 20 cards are sent to the graveyard in 1 turn. This card is unaffected by any card effect. When it says 'From anywhere in the game', it means even it was Removed from Play, in the Deck, in your Hand, in the graveyard, or even in the Ridiculously-Completely-Removed-From-Play-Zone, it can still be Special Summoned. Besides it would take alot of types to process, before both players get 20 cards your opponent probably whiped up you to deflect your attack.
