If the selected card is a Monster Card, this card gains 500 ATK until the End Phase of this turn. If the selected card is a Spell Card, you can add 1 Spell Card from your Deck to your hand. If the selected card is a Trap Card, this card can attack your opponent directly. During the End Phase of the turn this effect was activated, you can pay 600 Life Points to return this card to your hand. During your End Phase, if this card is face-up on the field, you lose 600 Life Points. When this card is selected as the target for a Trap Card, this card is destroyed.

the Card is a bit OP, because it has no drawbacks. yeah, it has low stats but this is still not enough IMO. pic is fine, OCG too so 9/10

the only thing you need to add is in the 2nd sentence

 

where it should be once per turn you CAN select a monster card in your opponent's hand and look at it.

 

After all, suppose your opponent has no card in his/her hand?

 

and the drawbacks have been added in so I'll rate this 9.3/10
