Equip only to a DARK monster you control. The equipped monster is treated as a Level 7 Dark Tuner Monster and gains 500 ATK. If the equipped monster is used for a Dark Synchro Summon, you can Special Summon the equipped monster during your End Phase.

Well like i said it's my first having anything to do with Dark Synchros ;3 so im not ashamed to have failed ^^

 

But nope i didnt make it. I just thought it fit the tuner idea cause of the 3 rings and the 2 stars and i thought it fit with the dark synchro cause of the darkishy pic.

if i understood the summoning process of Dark Synchros properly, then the "highest" dark synchro monster you could summon with this would be a Level -1 monster..........

 

If the selected monster is a DARK monster, it gains 500 ATK.

 

you can only equip it to a DARK monster, so "It gains 500 ATK and ie treated as...." fits more i guess

 

When the selected monster is used for a Dark Synchro Summon, you can Special Summon the selected monster during your End Phase.

The 2nd bolded sentence conflicts with the first. Sentence 1 states that you select a DARK monster, but sentence 3 states that it gains 500 ATK IF it's a DARK monster, negating the first sentence.

anyways, yes, it needs to become a higher level monster to be used in a dark synchro summoning. not to bad, if it had that change.

Some ideas.

 

Change to an Equip Spell Card.

 

Equip only to a DARK monster you control. The equipped monster is treated as a Level 2 Dark Tuner Monster and gains 500 ATK. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can raise the equipped monster's Level by 2 (Max. 8). If you do, skip your Main Phase. If the equipped monster is used for a Dark Synchro Summon, you can Special Summon the equipped monster during your End Phase.

 

 

That allows some abuse of Dark Tuners and allows you to summon something lower than a -1 Level monster.

the 3rd sentence doesn't seem to make sense. You said in the 1st sentence to select a DARK monster you control

 

so why WOULDN'T it be a DARK monster in the 3rd sentence?

 

this one unfortunately is a little plainer than your others, so I'll give you 8.8/10 until you explain to me the conflict

right NOW it looks better, but unfortunately it remains a plain effect, so I'll only raise the rate to 9.1/10

One thing I've just thought of:

 

"Equip only to a DARK Tuner Monster you control."

 

That's something that could tie the whole thing together. As in, turning a DARK Tuner into a Dark Tuner; if you know what I mean.
