Lore:

When this card is Normal Summoned, Special Summoned, or flipped face-up, place 6 Battery Counters on this card. When this card attacks, remove 1 Battery Counter from this card. This card inflicts Piercing Damage. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, randomly discard 1 card from your opponent's hand. You can remove all Battery Counters from this card to inflict 1000 points of damage to both player's Life Points. When this card has no Battery Counters on it, it is destroyed.

Lore:

You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard by tributing 3 "Scrap Tokens" you control. You can destroy this card during your Standby Phase to inflict 1000 points of damage to both player's Life Points. If you do this, Special Summon 2 "Scrap Tokens" (Machine-type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 100/DEF 100) in Defense Position. These tokens cannot be used as tributes for a Synchro Summon, Tribute Summon, or Set. When this card has no Battery Counters on it, its original ATK and DEF becomes 0. If this card with no Battery Counters on it is sent to the Graveyard by battle, you can remove this card from play to Special Summon 1 Scrap Token in Defense Position.

Lore:

You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard by tributing 2 "Scrap Tokens" you control. When this card is Normal Summoned, Special Summoned, or flipped face-up, place 6 Battery Counters on this card. When this card attacks, flip a coin. If the result is heads, this card can attack again. If the result is tails, remove 2 Battery Counters from this card. If this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, you can remove 1 Battery Counter from this card to Special Summon 1 "Scrap Token" (Machine-type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 100/DEF 100) in Defense Position. These tokens cannot be used as tributes for a Synchro Summon, Tribute Summon, or Set. When this card has no Battery Counters on it, its original ATK and DEF becomes 0. If your opponent attacks this face-up monster with no Battery Counters on it, you can remove this card from play after the Damage Step to Special Summon 1 Scrap Token in Defense Position.

[spoiler=Flak Cannon Robo]

Lore:

You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard by tributing 4 Scrap Tokens you control. When this card is Normal Summoned, Special Summoned, or flipped face-up, place 4 Battery Counters on this card (max. 4). When this card attacks or is attacked, remove 1 Battery Counter from this card. When this card is attacked, this monster can declare an attack. When this card attacks, you can negate the attack and remove 2 Battery Counters from this card to destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field OR discard 2 cards randomly from your opponent's hand instead. Once per turn, you can destroy 1 Scrap Token you control to place 1 Battery Counter on this card. You can remove this face-up monster from play to inflict 1000 damage to both players Life Points and Special Summon 2 "Scrap Tokens" (Machine-type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 100/DEF 100) in Defense Position. These tokens cannot be used as tributes for a Synchro Summon, Tribute Summon, or Set. If this card has no Battery Counters on it, its original ATK and DEF becomes 0.

[spoiler=Carrier Robo]

Lore:

When this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up, place 6 Battery Counters on this card. You can remove 1 Battery Counter from this card to equip any Scrap Tokens you control to this card as Equip Spell Cards. If this card has no Battery Counters on it, this card's original ATK and DEF becomes 0, and all Scrap Tokens equipped to this card are destroyed.

I will add more later... I actually have a few stocked up. I wanted to show the idea first.

The "Robo" set can be identified by this text:

When this card is Normal Summoned, Special Summoned, or flipped face-up, place [#] Battery Counters on this card.

...Followed by a means of losing them. This will usually be through an action such as attacking, activating an effect, once per turn, being attacked, etc. Battery Counters should be lost regularly. It's as if the Robo is losing its "charge." The amount of Battery Counters they have is usually based on their Level.

Also, some might have a "self-destruct option":

You can remove all Battery Counters from this card to inflict 1000 points of damage to both player's Life Points.

And so forth... The self destruct option could have many different, devastating effects. All of which will effect both players equally. This effect will also spawn Scrap Tokens, which can be used to Special Summon these from your Graveyard. I worry it might by OP, however.

When they have no Battery counters, they will have 0 ATK and DEF. So they will basically be food for killing. I worry that might be OP as well. Hrm. Any tips?

I hope the idea is liked! Please comment/rate

Klif out.

"When this card is attacked, this monster can declare an attack." I'm unsure if this is needed in the text

"When this card attacks, you can negate the attack to destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card on the field OR discard 2 cards randomly from your opponent's hand instead." <-----this effect makes it OPed since you won't lose the counter this way and therefore its stats will remain the same, therefore this effect needs a drawback to it

overall the card has too few drawbacks and makes it OPed

I did, I just had problems posting the comment via the computer

for me, that one's effect is more balanced, but it's still swarming the field with tokens, which you didn't say can't be used for synchro summoning

I suggest you add that since the other monster cards already use the tokens for their summoning, throw synchros in there and this is OPed
