In a world of superbeings, what's a common everyman to do? While the other sheep flee before the onslaught of wicked forces, these black sheep refuse to wait for the superpowered watchdogs to rescue them. Using only their good old human ingenuity and whatever they have at their disposal, they fight back against villains and heavy-handed heroes alike!

When the going gets rough, the tough become Citizen Soldiers!

Remove a "Citizen Soldier" monster in your Graveyard from play to select one monster on the field and flip a coin. If the result is Heads, destroy that monster. If the result is Tails, and the selected monster is a "Hero" or "Villain" monster, you can remove an additional "Citizen Soldier" monster in your Graveyard to destroy the selected monster anyway. If your opponent controls 3 or more "Hero" or "Villain" monsters, you can Normal Summon this card without Tribute.

Armed with a high-tech experimental firearm and detailed knowledge of the super-community's secret Achilles Heels, this anti-vigilante always hits his mark.

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

Negate the effect of any monster that battles with this card until the End Phase. When this card battles a "Hero" or "Villain" monster, it gains 100 ATK and DEF for each "Citizen Soldier" monster in your Graveyard. If this card is equipped with an Equip Spell Card, this card's ATK and DEF are always 2000.

Remove a monster in your opponent's Graveyard from play. If that card has the following in its card name, apply the appropriate effect.

Auran Hero: Effects your opponent controls that activate when summoned are negated.

Corrupt Villain: The effects of your opponent's cards are negated whenever they battle "Hero" monsters.

Fury Hero: Whenever you discard a card from your hand because of an effect your opponent controls, draw 2 cards.

Reborn Hero: Monsters cannot be removed from play by their own effects.

Forgotten Perennial: Monsters without names in your opponent's hand are treated as having "Villain" in their card name.

In addition to the above effects, "Dark Hero" and "Fancy Hero" monsters lose 300 ATK and DEF. During your End Phase, remove one "Citizen Soldier" monster in your Graveyard from play or destroy this card. Your opponent can then Special Summon the card removed from play by this card's effect.

Wow, these are interesting. I, for one, like the concept behind the cards. I guess you are going for a Badass style, right?

Citizen Soldier - Rex Rider: Everything's Better With Dinosaurs, heh. One question - does his first effect apply to himself, too? It would make him a pretty nasty card even for a beatdown deck. 8/10 (+0.5 for the amusing flavour for 8.5/10)

Citizen Soldier - Judo Fighter: A great way to stop all those nasty biggies, without being overpowered. Nice touch with the "Hero" and "Villain" countering, too. 8.5/10 (again, +0.5 for the flavour adding to 9/10)
