Yankee
Card 1:You don't know just how much I hate the art.The effect is..interesting, and slightly strong. Card 2:It's ok..good Stardust killer. Idk, seems passable. Overall, better than what I normally see here. But not really great either.
Lord Smeagle
What's wrong with the art? It's supposed to be over-the-top...in fact, I was planning on making it a theme.
Yankee
Looks too..video gamish...Just doesn't work for card art to me..
ragnarok1945
both are well balanced for effects I prefer the 1st one because dinosaur cards get so little support these days it's not a great effect, but it's enough for dinosaurs 9/
Exa Raiun
Wow, these are interesting. I, for one, like the concept behind the cards. I guess you are going for a Badass style, right? Citizen Soldier - Rex Rider: Everything's Better With Dinosaurs, heh. One question - does his first effect apply to himself, too? It would make him a pretty nasty card even for a beatdown deck. 8/10 (+0.5 for the amusing flavour for 8.5/10) Citizen Soldier - Judo Fighter: A great way to stop all those nasty biggies, without being overpowered. Nice touch with the "Hero" and "Villain" countering, too. 8.5/10 (again, +0.5 for the flavour adding to 9/10)
Lord Smeagle
Rex Rider's effect does indeed apply to himself. However, the Citizen Soldiers as a rule will have low base ATK, since they're ordinary (albeit badass) humans, so Rex's boost is going to be a staple of the set. Lord Smeagle
UPDATE: Citizen Soldier - Kryptonite Blades. Bring on the Supermen.
ragnarok1945
it's a shame you couldn't make the blades glow green it's a nice way to kill off Evil Heroes quickly this way with the atk boost, so I'll rate this 9.2/

ragnarok1945
the seal card is the only one that needs to have TOO many effects, why didn't you break it up into multiple cards instead though the OCG is still great for them all, so you get 9.4/
