Water Deck (THNX TO STRUCTURE DECK XD)

Here's just a deck I'm making up this time, I found a whole bunch of cards, thanks to the three copies of the water structure deck I bought a few years ago and extra cards, and I decided to modify it a bit. Again, I'm only making this up, but I can put it together if it's good enough.

if u run ALO, then mobius wouldn't get it's effect. plus, neo-daedalus is really hard to run, so you might not wanna use it

As for the deck, it just doesn't seem right. A little too abstract, I think.

oh, i forgot. it would still be a level 5, 1 tribute. I confused it with the level 5 monarch. anyways, i agree, the deck needs a bit better of a focus

ok i understand about neo, but mobius? mobius is level 6, you still have to tribute him when ALO is out. (his level would be 5 then...)
