Luna Lovegood
This card's effect cannot be negated. This card can only be activated if your field is empty and this is the last card in your hand. Remove from play all cards in both players Decks, Fields, Hands and Graveyards ignoring effects. Roll a die. Depending on the roll:1: Return all cards Removed From Play to their respective Decks.2: Both players roll a die. The combined total of the two die is the number of cards the players can return to their decks.3: The duel ends in a draw.4: Your opponent can return any number of cards that are Removed from play to their hand. You can return any number of cards that are removed from play to your deck.5: Both players gain 8000 Life Points and all cards that are Removed From Play are returned to their owners Decks.6: Return all cards Removed From Play to their respective Decks. You gain 2000 Life Points. The OCG is most likely off.

Mindscatter
There is absolutely no disadvantaging effect, although this card is so damn strong. You should replace 1 of the 6 options with "You lose the game."

The correct OCG would be "you lose the Duel" or if you were particularly cruel "you lose the Match," but he's right. It's too strong not to have killer backfire potential. ~ P O L A R I S ~
Fundamentally incorrect. Rewards bad play with massive game changing effects and promotes luck. In future, try to use other drawbacks than risk factor (chance to miss) or losing activation/Summoning requirements.

CrabHelmet
Absurdly broken. Allows you to throw away your hand and then force the opponent into topdeck mode... assuming you don't roll a 4 and win instantly. And it doesn't help that the only way to use this card at all is to abuse it in this manner.

Wondered why Arcana Force: The World is not limited? Arguments based on Konami's decisions? Really? The World should've been banned the day it came out. Luck drawbacks are in no way legitimate, it's basically "EITHER YOU GET AWAY WITH NO COST IF YOU'RE LUCKY OR YOU DON'T". Why should you get away free of drawbacks for having good luck? Luck is TERRIBLE for the game. Skill and judgment of when to use cards based on alternative drawbacks and the current situation is a good thing for the game. Considering the drawbacks of bad luck doesn't count because you know you can totally avoid the drawback just by lucking in.
