hellos people. i was feeling happy today, so heres a deck contest for an old, i mean OOOOLLLLDDD nilla card.

 

specifix:

 

must include:

3 Celtic Guardian

 

the said deck must have a win condition pertaining to the use of celtic guardian.

 

40-42 card decks only

following the current ban list

 

end date dec 23, judging will be held on that day.

I remember making a set of custom cards based around Celtic Guardian. They were all retrains of him that gave him stat buffs and extra abilities while they were in the Graveyard.

 

Anyhow, I am having serious doubts about this "must have a win condition pertaining to the use of Celtic Guardian" clause, unless we're allowing stuff like "It's beatdown, and Celtic Guardian is capable of declaring attacks!" or "It's HOTU-Exodia, and Celtic Guardian feeds HOTU!" or something similar.

would this be a better explination to you:

 

must use card effects and their advantages to celtic guardian's "not effects" to better use a celtic guardian as a core to the decks strategy capabilities.

 

but my mistake, i beleive you took it as 'if you use that card, it is a deck based on that card' seeing as u used hotu as reference, which this is not, just like if i have MST in my deck , that doesnt make it an MST based deck.
