This time of night...

I always dread the time of night where everyone goes to sleep or is already sleeping, so no one is online posting. Most of you guys are ahead of my time, giving me only a couple options of things to do at midnight.

Although plenty are online, no one bothers posting anymore until the morning/afternoon.

This time of night leaves me so bored. I'm stuck in my room with my IPod Touch and expected to go to sleep. But at times like this, I can't fall asleep.

Although I do most of my thinking at this time, I sometimes don't have a topic to think about either.

I just have to wait patiently for many hours, or have the luck of sleeping.

Indeed, discuss midnight and what you do when everyone else is asleep.

Yeah it really sucks for people like me who have irregular sleeping schedules. =[

There have actually been studies to examine the human mind at night while everyone else is asleep. More often than not they found that the patients experienced depression and great anxiety. Very rarely did they get a patient without these symptons.

I had to do a research paper once on this very subject and the best explanation that I could give to this is that when other people are awake you yourself have a more absolute feeling of belonging. When everyone is asleep there is lack of noise, movement, and all and all physical presence. I referred to it as a Midnight Castaway, like you are stranded alone on an Island with no one else but you always have that hope that someone is there with you.

I myself have to like the night as my job is at night, of course I don't have to be bothered with trying to keep quite. =D

Let's see...

I spent the night talking to James, my boyfriend, until he fell asleep.

Then I turned to Club OtW and talked to Chaos Zero for a while~

I then played a really old YuGiOh video game called YuGiOh The Eternal Duelist Soul until I got bored.

And finally, I just sat in a corner until an hour later, where I began to fall asleep.

All this from 10 PM to 4 in the morning.

I love how blunt Claire can be <3

Anyway, I get in this situation all the time.

Usually the only other person I can find on drift is Claire, and there's nothing to really talk to her about =/

Mira's on sometimes too =O

Like last night, when I ran out of tea.

Then Zex came and taunted me about it.

Little does he know, I put pepper spray in his mascara.

So to answer the question, when it's late at night and I have nothing to do, I ramble on the internet. Like above ^
