Killey
There's a bunch of spelling, grammar, and ocg errors in the card. I'll try to correct them to the best of my ability. You should really fix those in the initial post as it makes it distracting to read the cards and grade them accordingly considering you had quite a bit of time to fix them. Once per turn, you can remove from play this card in your Graveyard to add 1 of your removed from play monsters to your hand. If this card is added to your hand while it's removed from play you can Special Summon it. Always add a comma after "Once per turn". I'm a bit iffy about changing "out of play" since there's only 1 card that uses the wording of "out of play". Most of the time RFG cards are referred to as removed from play in some way hence why I made the slight modification in the wording and I'll continue to do so for the rest of the cards. Also, there's no need to declare that the monster is summoned on your field. The only time you need to specify a side is when it would be summoned to your opponent's side of the field like Grinder Golem. Surprisingly, I haven't seen any Yugioh card that has effects that activate when they are returned to your hand from being removed from play so this set of cards are quite original. This card in particular is a nice spin to the monster tutor. Based on this card's atk I would make this a Level 3 monster instead but that's my opinion. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can remove this card from play. When this face-up card is removed from play, Special Summon it during your next Standby Phase. If this card is Special Summoned when it's removed from play you can destroy 1 monster on the field. Corrected some minor typo's here and there. It don't need to state that if the card is removed from play on your side of the field as when a card is on someone's field regardless if they are the original owner or not they are controller of the card. Not a particularly unique card but having a free destruction effect is always nice to have in a archetype. Could see some combos with D.D.R and Hidden Armory. This card gains 200 DEF for each of your removed from play cards. As long as this card is in defense position your opponent cannot select another Dragon-Type monster as an attack target. When this card is Summoned, switch it to defense position. If your opponent does not declare an attack, you can Special Summon 1 of your removed from play Dragon-Type monster. All types of monsters are always done in this format (type of monster)-Type. I'm a bit hesitant to consider this card overpowered but I think it needs a drawback of some sort because it can be a decent stall card and allow you to gain some good field presence. Against a meta deck this would be less effective as there are a ton of ways for meta decks to deal with this card but against non-competitive decks they would have a hard time against this card. I think the only change I would make is to give it a clause saying "This card cannot be Special Summoned." This way you can't place 2 of them on the field and get 2 free monsters. This card gains 100 ATK for every monster removed from play. You can remove this card from play when a Dragon-Type monster is Special Summoned to your side of the field, to have the Special Summoned monster gain ATK equal to this cards ATK. The reason I left to your side of the field is because there could be a card that your opponent uses that special summons a dragon monster to your field. Anyways, I like this card quite a bit since it's one of the more original cards in this set. 1500 ATK gives it decent field presence and within your set you've created some nice combos with this card. It is more situational but can give you a nice beat stick. If this removed from play card is Special Summoned, this card's original ATK is doubled. You can remove this card from play, during either player's Damage Step to double the DEF of a monster you control. Need to state which Damage Step this effect activates. I've said either player but you can specify yours or your opponents. A nice potential beat stick and a reverse honest. You can Special Summon this card if you have 2 removed from play Dragon-Type monsters. While this card is face-up any card sent to the Graveyard is removed from play instead and the controller of that card takes 300 damage. If this card is removed from play, you can add 1 "Ultimate Dragovain" from your deck to your hand. I think the summoning requirements for this card is too easy for a 3000 ATK monster. I would add the clause "This card cannot be Special Summoned except by...[/b] and I'm not sure if that tutor effect is fair. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while there are 6 "Dragovain" monsters with different names that are removed from play. Once per turn, you can pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon 1 of your removed from play Dragon-Type monsters. While this card is face-up, any card sent to the Graveyard are removed from play instead. You can negate the activation and effect of a card that targets card(s) that are removed from play. I don't understand why you didn't follow the same format as the previous card for removing cards from play when they are sent to the Graveyard. This seems like a more balanced version of the previous card so the previous card needs tweaking because it seems overpowered when this card is supposedly the ace card of this deck. While this card is face-up, any monster sent to the Graveyard is removed from play instead. If this card is destroyed or Tributed you can remove from play up to 4 "Dragovain" monsters from your hand or Deck. This card is broken in this set as it deck thins by 4 and helps start triggering the effects of the monsters in this set. It makes summoning the bigger monsters way too easily. It was a nice idea to have it 2200 DEF as it makes it slower to trigger the effect but it's still far too easy to trigger. I think this effect should trigger when it is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard (not Tributed because that's too easy) so that RFG strategies doesn't trigger the effect and should only RFG 1 or 2 monsters. 4 is just way too good and is asking for abuse. The other thing that could be done is have it RFG 1 "Dragovain" monster when it's summoned and then change it's ATK and DEF to something different. Overall, the set was interesting and had some good original effects with some of the monsters but as you progress to the winning monsters and the last support monster you started creating overpowered monsters. If you make some alterations to the last few monsters you'll have a more balanced monster set. Due to some of broken monsters and the amount of spelling, grammar, and OCG errors I'm rating this set a 5/10.
NeriesUmbra
just so you know like I'v told everyone I am dislexic so don't moan at me as if I am doing something rong by not spelling right or gettein true grammer croect since I cannot get these right unless someone tells me how thats why I post my cards so people can help me fix them.
