All you really have to do is post a card with 0/atk 0/def and with a realistic effect that can beat the card above your post. You discuss your effects for a while making it clear to the other member and if you destroy the card that member owes you 1 rep. To keep you from using up your rep limit I suggest you only post once a day.

 

Rules

3) monster cannot be completely Op'ed

4) you can only talk about the effect with quotes and if it takes up too much room please take your chat via PM

5) no flamming

6) no spamming

7) pay your reps

8 ) no payback reps

9) If you're banned don't post!

If (and hopefully not) (a) member(s) breaks one of these rules without reason he/she shall be banned from this thread(excluding rules 1-4 and rule 7). I don't do perma-bans unless the rule is broken by the same person over again.

Lets Review the rules!

 

[align=center]The excluded rules-rules that don't get you banned!

 

Rule 1) 0/atk 0/def

.Breaking this rule will result in a neutral rep from me as the first warning do it more often and you will receive negs.

.Breaking this rule will also mean that you owe a +rep to your opponent

 

Rule 2) a realistic effect

.Meaning that it can't have an effect like this:If this monster is summoned to the field it gains all the mod tools. that is a weird effect and will cost you the duel.If you post something like this you must really want to give away reps.

.Breaking this rule will not be severe but 3 neutral reps and if it is done continuously you will be neged.

 

Rule 3) not completely Op'ed

.Meaning that its effect can't be like these: If this card is successfully Summoned to the field it gains 100 attack points. Its effect cannot gain the card attack points. If this card is Flip summoned this card wins the duel. You can't let the card automatically win the duel.Effects reducing attack points can only go up to 100.

.Breaking this rule will result in 1 neg every time after your 3 warnings which are neutral reps.

 

Rule 4) quoting and long lasting quotes

Part 1-Quoting

you can't have a chat without quoting because it could confuse members

while they are waiting.

.Breaking this rule will only result as 1 neutral rep every time

Part 2-Long lasting quotes

don't make the quotes last longer than 7 this will be considered spam so once it gets that long please take it via PM

.Breaking this rule will be 1 neg rep for both members every time and will be considered as spam.

 

Banned Rules-Rules that could get you banned

 

Rule 5) No Flamming

An example would be complaining about losing a duel with PG-13 or higher language not being in a nice way or verbal abuse towards another member.

.Breaking this rule will result in (a) neg(s) depending how harsh it was and a 2day ban.

 

Rule 6) No Spamming

An example would be quoting "forever" or not posting a card (excludes Q&A)

.Breaking this rule will result in 1 neutral rep the first time and 1hr ban but if it is done many times (a) neg(s) and a ban(in hrs) lasting for how many times you spammed in the thread.

 

Rule 7) Pay reps

I understand you might have given away you max rep limit so if you don't pay your reps after 1 day you will be PM'ed a reminder and have 1 more day to do so.

.Breaking this rule will result in a neg and 2hr ban

 

Rule 8 ) no payback reps

An example would be if I gave a neg rep to a member for spamming and he gave me 1 back that would be payback.If you have any questions about the reps you receive playing this game please PM me.

.Breaking this rule will result in 2 neg reps and a 5hr ban

 

Rule 9) Don't post if you're banned

If you are banned please don't post one of the two things will happen:

.Perma-ban which is very unusual because this thread only requires explanation of effects and cards

.Ban extension your ban will last longer than usual example: A member has a 1hr ban and posts 30 minutes after his ban then it is extended to a 3hr ban.
