Lore:

When this card destroys a monster by battle, Special Summon 1 "Black Soldier Token" (Warrior-type/DARK/Level 4/ATK 1600/DEF 1600). These tokens cannot be used as tributes for a Sychro Summon, Tribute Summon, or Set. When a Black Soldier Token destroys a monster by battle, Special Summon 1 Black Soldier Token on the side of the field where the monster was destroyed. When a Black Soldier Token declares an attack against another Black Soldier Token, flip a coin. If the result is heads, destroy the attack target. If the result is tails, destroy the attacking monster.

basically for the token effect say Special Summon 1 Black Soldier Token to your opponent's side of the field (since that's usually the idea)

Well, because both sides of the field will have Black Soldier Tokens, it will be an exchange.
