uhhh... totally NOT overpowered. It takes 2 Tributes, and it has crazy-high ATK, so the only chance your opponent has of killing it is (probably) a card effect (which is EASY to pull off. In fact, I'd advocate AGAINST this guy, because he doesn't have any invulnerabilities to Spells, Traps, or monster effects).

It's like a reciprocal of "Nephthys". I really like. It's sweet. Especially with the shinies.

Heck, this work deserves a +rep.

Your cards IDs should have an extra "0". As in EN002 and EN003, instead of EN02 and EN03.

Annnd it looks like someone else is doing OCGSP, so I'll do balance and visuals.

EN02 -- Should be "Lellarap". I don't get the name. It confuses me.

EN03 -- I don't like the comma right after "Erutrot" in the card name... or the fact that the "D.D." isn't at the beginning. I recommend changing this card to "D.D. Destructor - Erutrot" or "D.D. Destrutor, Erutrot". The balance is nice, I like it, but this card looks better as a DARK monster... and the white background just drives me nuts...

EN04 -- Hmmmmm.... 3100 ATK. I don't like it. I can see an OTK here and it bugs me. Knock the ATK down to 2400-2500 and you'll be OK... depending on what status you want this card at (Limited, Semi-Limited, or Banned) you could increase the ATK more...

oh, and aren't all "Reaper" monsters Zombie-Type? Doesn't that make more sense too?

EN05 -- ummmmmm Banned. That is a concept that's just TOO powerful.

EN06 -- it's "Posessed", not "Possessed"... and this card would be banned. WAY too strong (in the good meta, you can use this for stall AND when you need to save your butt... as in, using it to Summon "Black Rose"...)

EN07 -- hmmm... kinda like "Goblin King"... they're both bad cards, but I like this. Booster-worthy. Nice pic too.

EN08 -- Same problem with the name here as in EN03. You should call this guy "Demon Bounty Hunter - Tareart" or "Demon Bounty Hunter, Tareart"... at least capitalize "Demon Bounty Hunter". He's not super-useful, and he should be a DARK monster (seeing as he's a DEMON and all that)... but it's OK.

EN09 -- Same problem as above. "The Masked Messenger - Kirtex" or "The Masked Messenger, Kirtex". And his effect is terrible. If you're going for the 500 LP burn damage, make it 1 Token per burn. If you're going for the 4-Token Tribute, make the damage 4000 LP. That'll make the card look awesome.

EN10 -- TOTALLY USELESS. But it's a booster pack... most cards are useless...

EN11 -- Same name problem.... but "Fiend Eater" should be "Fiend-Eater"... I like the card idea, but the lore makes me VERY confused. I don't understand it... like, at all.

EN20 -- OP. Very much so. Total lockdown on your opponent, especially with something that makes it easy to get out 3 monsters, like "Ojama Trio" or "Scapegoat"... This would be banned... if it were even released.

EN21 -- Ehhh... It supports only certain Decktypes... and it'd need to last 6 turns in order to get that Banned card to your hand. hmhmhm... I see use in stall Decks, though it'd be sidedecked in order to be useful so Typed Decks wouldn't totally kill the strategy... I'm not sure. Someone better than me should figure this out.

EN22 -- Interesting idea. Sounds cool, but the name bothers me. The apostrophe at the end signifies that there are multiple... but without an article at the beginning... well, it's just weird. I think it would look better as "Fiend's Handy Gift" or "The Fiends' Handy Gift"... either way, you've forgotten to capitalize "Handy" and "Gift", so you'll need to change it anyway.

EN41 -- I don't see the pyros... or the kinetics.... and why would I -2 or even -3 myself for this guy? It's basically like summoning BEWD... but with worse stats, and a Tribute Requirement.

EN42 -- Well, one of the cards to summon this guy is Banned, but you could pull of a Summon with "The Dark - Hex-Sealed Fusion", "Elemental Hero Prisma", or some substitute card... but why would you do that? He's just a beatstick, and not a great one at that... no multiple attacks, no invulnerabilities, nuthin'. Just bonus ATK points (and he's going to average out at around 3000-ish, so he's no better than BEWD again, just the fact that he's a Fusion Monsters and he's got more DEF.)... not much better than EN41...

Principal Card --- Well, "Nowhere" would be Banned... so he's kind of useless. I'd also give him some more effects, especially if he's going to be the Feature Card. Not much else to say, here.

--------------------------------------------------------

All in all, it's decent for a Booster Pack. Most cards aren't good, but a few are awesome. You need some more decent cards (that are kind of useful, but kind of not... you don't have enough of those) and more cards that look really good but don't do jack... always good to have those guys. Just to fill up space and add realism.

EDIT: Wait... a Structure Deck? Then NO! These cards make me SAD. You need a better strategy, because things really don't work here.

btw, you should make "Terdaz" your cover. That'd get rid of that not-so-useful Fusion Monster, as well as your bad Feature Card. Plus, you can refocus your strategy around him, instead of your "Nowhere" Field Spell and all that....

that's all. Good luck to you!
