έκλειψη
I was thinking the effect for a 4-star shouldn't be very strong, so I made this because it can help with low-level monsters that hinder a battle. Of course, it's up to you all to decide rather or not this was a success.
Delta_Sigma
It technically helps out with those monsters, but usually you can tribute them, Synchro Summon with them, etc. So it just seems underpowered. I would suggest you change it to return a Lvl 2 or lower monster to your hand and either Special Summon an equal Lvl monster or gain 250 Life Points per star. And If you want to possibly stretch it, bump up the limit on the effect to Lvl 3. That way you're getting things out of it other than merely getting it off your field. έκλειψη
I added the gaining life points, but I meant to make it destroy a monster your opponent controlled... I've changed it.
ragnarok1945
well both benefits are for the most part small unless the lv2 is a tuner to prevent synchro summoning so I guess there's no need for drawbacks on this 8.9/
