[spoiler=Lore] 1 LIGHT Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

Each Standby Phase, you must pay 600 Life Points. If you cannot, destroy this card. This card cannot be destroyed by the effect of your opponent's Spell or Trap cards. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card from your hand to look at 1 face-down card on your opponent's side of the field. If it is an Effect monster or Trap card, destroy that card.

for the forst card

OCG - During each of your Stanby Phases you must pay 600 Life Points.

And if your paying 600 Life Points why do you need to discard a card to look at a face down card? Lol take out the discard part.

This is what i would have but you can use whatever you want lol

That way its not OPed

For your second card it needs a draw back i would have it

OCG - When this card is Normal Summoned pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower LIGHT monster from your Graveyard.

So now theres a Cost and Restriction so its not OPed any more
