You can Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard any time a card is removed from play. Once per turn, you can select and Special Summon 1 monster from either players Graveyard. The Summoned monsters ATK and DEF is halved and its effects is negated. Once per turn when this card is selected as an attack target, you can tribute 1 monsters you control to have this card gain ATK equal to the original ATK of the tributed monster during the damage calculation only.

 

 

 

So yeah. I haven't made a card in decades and thought why not so here's my new "Single" Tombstone Raven! I hope you like it now cause i haven't made a card in a while my OCG might be off or is off so if you would be so kind as if to correct it that would be nice. So RHF

Anyway, the pic isn't "Yu-Gi-Oh!ish", but the card is good in overall, I think.

it's Winged Beast, not Winged-Beast for the type

 

as for the special summoned monster, you should either half the stats or negate the effect permanently, don't do both of them
