well as with all my cards i tried to balence this one but im not sure if it is ballenced, ratings please?

 

Since it's become a big issue i'll just write my response here for everyone to see.

I put these cards in the realistic cards section because these arn't just a bunch of pictures i threw together in 5 mins with random text.

 

i put alot of time into this set to make it as realistic as i can,dispite crowd, please consider that im trying to make an actual set here, the fact that i've only been making cards for 2 days now.

 

so before you say they should be in pop culture again and join the the mortal kombat theme is just a gimmic to 1 make them more familiar and 2 to make them a set everyone can look at and hopfuly say "yeah i can see him with that effect", much like i have...

also i recently found out the real species that reptile falls under, and updated him as such.

Well done, I must say these are an improvement to your past cards. Just some CG work to clean up on though:

 

Sub-Zero: opponent's needs an ' (Normal grammar thing, used to show possession), should be "add 1 Ice Counter" (Unsure if it needs " " around Ice Counter, been awhile since I did a counter card), Tribute needs to be capitalized, and Draw Phase needs to be capitalized.

 

Reptile: The only error off the top of my head is face-down needs the - between face and down.

 

Scorpion: opponent's needs an ', Graveyard needs to be capitalized, and other then that, I see nothing wrong.

 

Raiden: Very good.

 

Now, aside from Yugioh stuff, just as an MK thing;

 

Sub-Zero: It's spelt Lin Kuei

 

Reptile: Reptile isn't a real ninja; he is stealthy, but not really a ninja. (Among all of the 'ninjas' in Mortal Kombat, Scorpion is the only real ninja, well, when he was alive he was) so perhaps just as an MK thing, it'd make more sense if you just put his race down, Zaterrian.

 

Scorpion: Hell Ninja doesn't really fit, as there is no hell in MK, there's the Netherworld, where Scorpion resides, but that's about it. However, Ninja Specter, would fit nicely.

 

Raiden: In terms of thunder vs lightning, you'd be correct. But Raiden is the Thunder God, not lightning (Yet he uses lightning, go figure).

the reason i choose to post my cards in this section is because i aim to make ballenced and realistic cards, as long as i do that i don't really think it matters what kind of pictures or characters i use does it?

 

also i would like my cards to be taken seriously as far as being critisized goes, instead of all my work being writen off as "more anime and game crap".

 

also i think especialy these card designs are ......well most of them are realistic.

 

Also thanks for the advice vain ill have to go back and alter each of them when i get a chance...after that i think i'll try sector or sombody to that effect.

 

also raiden was incredibly hard for me to make since i basicly detest normal monsters, they're just so boring to me.

And Scorpion is broken-his secondary effect is better than his first!

 

How do you fingure discarding your entire hand to the graveyard and drawing 3 only cards is better than destroying an opponents monster?

 

reguardless i wouldnt call it broken since it's in no way a gamewinner, not only that the 2nd effect can completely wreck your stratagy and the fact that you have no choice but to flip the coin makes it so you may have an unsable monster.

 

he's also quite weak at current standards since usualy 1 tribute gets you atleast 2400 attack points.

 

in my opinion scorpion has some lame attack points and an almost cyber jar-like effect since it can either hurt you alot or help you win.

thanks, somhow i don't think many other people agree but subzero is my favorate none the less.

 

hey i like the cards, there just in the wrong forum =)

 

please don't repeat the same post, it fithe thread with the same message from the same person and im sure we all know why that's somthing to avoid.
