Thanks, I just found this site, and although I stopped playing cards about a year ago I thought it would be fun to give this a try, because who has played yugioh and has never come up with cards of their own haha, how about this one?

Remove "Umi" from the field to discard 5 cards ramdomly from your opponent's deck to the graveyard and return one card from your graveyard to your hand that is not called "Umi" or "A Legendary Ocean"

I care about the background, and there's a little signature at the bottom right, but I don't care about that. It's interesting how you made Umi a bad thing for this card. 7.5/10

 

Second Card: I think there's another field spell that acts like Umi, but I'm not sure...I'ts ok. 8.3/10

for your 2nd card, you should have added it to your first post in cards

 

the 2nd one is OPed because there's no specific summoning requirements. If you don't want to give it specific summoning requirements, then lower its atk and def

The other Umi card was Forgotten Underwater Temple, but it isn't released yet.
