Actually, this is a thread with some support I made for already existing cards. So far I only have 1, but more will be added.

1 Tuner monster + "Summoned Skull"

This can cannot be Special Summoned. When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can select 1 Thunder-Type monster from your Deck and add it to your hand. If the selected card is still in your hand during your 2nd Standby Phase after activating this effect, discard it, and inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the ATK of the discarded monster. If there is a WATER monster on the field while this card is on the field, you can Tribute this card to destroy all cards your opponent controls.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except with "Assault Mode Activate". When this card is Special Summoned, you can select 2 monsters from your Deck and add them to your hand. If 1 or more of the selected cards are still in your hand during the 3rd Standby Phase after activating this effect, you can discard them to inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the discarded monsters. When this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1"Summoned Skull, Ruler of Fiends" from your Graveyard.

Field Spell Card

While this card is on the field, all DARK monster have their Levels decreased by 1 while they are on the field. If a card with "Skull" in its name is destroyed, you can send this card to the Graveyard to Special Summon the destroyed monster from the Graveyard.
