Level Deck Contest

So, I'm going to take some inspiration from That Fat Guy and host a contest for a deck revolving around Level monsters. It does not have to be Silent Magician Level 4, though it would be nice to see how that deck may be built with the new banlist. Like That Fat Guy, I quit Yugioh a while back and moved onto the Naruto CCG, well Bandai funked that up, so now I'm back to Yugioh and would like a rather fun Level deck to run along side my Lightsworns so my Casually playing friends don't jabroni at me for running a meta archetype that I just so happen to like and enjoy.

 

Well, lets get started with the rules:

1. The deck has to focus around the Level monsters themselves, they can't just be one player in an OTK.

 

2. Silent Magician is my favorite card in the game, you MAY get bonus points for revolving the deck around him, but that doesn't mean you're guaranteed to win for using him, nor will I request that the decks mostly use him, because variation is what makes these contests fun to judge.

 

3. Meta cards are fine, in fact, hybriding in Lightsworns might get bonus points. =P

6. 40-43 cards.

 

Lastly, prize support cuz that's all anyone wants:

1st Place - 4 Reps

2nd Place - 1 Rep on the day the contest ends, and 1 rep the next day

3rd Place - 1 Rep

 

The contest ends this coming Sunday (December 27th, 2009), so lets see what we get.

Thought I was the only one on YCM who liked Lv Monsters....

 

Truth be told, I'm not joining the contest.(partly because I too lazy at the moment :D) I haven't gotten to Silent Magician yet, but I've made 4 Lv decks in my sig. Base a deck on one of those if you want.
