I can get that some people like Vanillas, but you have too much of them. Make more effect monsters. Some of the effects don't make sense, like Recon Soilder. It should say "When this card destroyed, select 1 Monster on your side of the field. Inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the ATK of the selected monster." Some of your pics aren't that good either. There might be some at deviantart.com (good pics are here). You did good with the idea, you just need to work a little harder. Others should come in here soon and help you out.

I agree give them some more effects.

 

And Sergant Johnson is pretty UP'ed for a level 7

 

Other than that i like the pics and the cards are done well.
