You hate to be angry, you hate to feel horrible about yourself, so instead of thinking about what you could do to him now, think about the consequences of you not controlling yourself. When someone gets you angry, just walk away, and doze off. Completely go into your own world, and completely ignore everything going on around you, like when a teacher is explaining quantum physics in a language that seems otherworldly.
