This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by removing from play one "Xion" and 2 other monsters you control. When this card is special summoned to your field, you cannot mormal summon or set this turn. When this card is succesfuly special summoned, special summon one "Magickid, Student Of Endymion". It's effect(s) are changed to "Each time a spell card is activated, place one spell counter on this card. you can remove 7 spell counters from this card to special summon one "Endymion, The Master Magician" from your deck. If you do so, this card's name counts as "The Magical Citadel Of Endymion"." You can decrease the ATK of this monster by 800 to destroy one monster on your opponent's side of the field. When you do this, place one Organization Counter on this card (max 13). You can remove any number of Organization Counters to special summon from your deck one "Organizaton 13 Member-" and a number in it's name equal to the amount of Organization Counters removed. Each time an "Organization 13 member-" you control destroys a monster(s), place one Memory Counter on this card. This effect countinues in the Graveyard and Removed From Play Zone. When this card has 5 Memory Conters on it, send it to the graveyard. This cannot be chained to. When this card has 14 counters on it, remove it from play. When this card has 20 counters on it, special summon it to your side of the field. When this card is special summoned to the field this way, remove all counters on this card and place on it 25 Memory Counters on it. Each time a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect monster's effect(s) are activated, or whenever a monster atacks onother monster, remove 1 counter from this card. If this card stil has 1 or more Memory Counters on it after 7 turns, remove it from play. If all counters are removed, destroy every card on your side of the fiel dexcept this card and special summon as many "Xion"(s) and "Riku"(s) from your deck as possible. Monsters on your side of the field can attack twice per turn. When a monster attacks, remove it from play a the end of the turn. Each time a monster is removed from play on your side of the field are removed from play, not by the effects of this card or "Future Vision", increase the ATK of this card by 100 and place one Distortion Counter on one card on the field. When there is a Distortion Counter on every card on the field, remove from play every card on the field and special summon this card to your side of the field. Your opponent then must set as many Spells and Traps as possible. Each time one of those Spells or Traps are activated, place one Distortion Counter on one card in the Removed From Play Zone. When each card in the Removed Frrom Play Zone has a Distortion counter on it, remove all counters from any given place in the Duel. Then, remove this card from play and place one Xion 27 Token (level 8/DARK/Synchro/Effect/3000 ATK/ 2700 DEF) with this effect: "When this card is Synchro summoned, remove it from play. each time a Spell card, Trao card, or Effect monster's effect are activated place one Special counter on this card (Max 3). You can remove 3 Special Counters from this card to special summon "Xion 27" from your Removed From Play Zone. This cards effect(s) is then negated for the rest of the Duel." When this card is special summoned by the effect of a "Xion 27 Token", remove from play 2 card on both player's sides of the field. Place one Roxas Counter on them. Each time a counter of any type is placed on the field, place one Roxas Counter on one monster in your Removed From Play Zone. When every card in the Removed From Play Zone has a Roxas Counter on it, you can remove every Roxas Counter from your Removed From Play Zone and remove this card from play to special summon one "Organization 13 Member- Roxas The 13th". When you do this, place one Distortion Counter on this card.When each card in the Removed From Play Zone has at least 2 Distortion Counters on them, you can remove every counter of any type from any given place in the Duel to special summon this card from the Removed From Play Zone and place 1 Distortion Counter on 2 cards in the Removed From Play Zone. When this card is on the field with a card with "Roxas" in it's name, once every 5 turns, you can destroy 3 cards on your opoponent's side of the field.

Nope. I'm not even going to read all of that. D: I did see Roxas and Xion's names in there. And Organization XIII. So shouldn't this be in Pop Culture? But since it's a member card, Any Other Cards? Ironicly, I saw 13 counters and Xion 27 counters.
