"Overload March Army" + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

When your opponent attacks or activates a Spell or Trap card that designates a monster you control you can discard 1 "Overload March Army" from your Hand to negate it. Once per turn, if this card attacks your opponent's Lifepoints you can Special Summon 1 "Overload March Army" in face-up Defense Position.

By paying 800 Lifepoints you can Special Summon 1 "Overload March Army" from your Hand or Graveyard.

Notorious Duet xD[/align]

If he can't be used to SS' date=' why is the a Tuner and why is he the Tuner for the Synchro? =/

...This. Pretty much. Plus "Can't" is "Cannot".

Not sure if that's right.

OCG is pretty much clear. Effect is bland. Overload is alot a misleading name, but whatever. D: Lovin' the pictures. And I find it ironic that March Army is a WATER monster.

7/10.

Yah, it's an underwater facility for making machines, a water robot.

I thought that Synchro Summon was something different than Special Summon, changing the effect a bit,

Explain what's so bland about it, and what's so misleading about Overload?

Synchro Summoning and Fusion Summoning are treated as Special Summons. Not entirely sure on Ritual.

When I think of Overload, I think of a overload of ATK. But that's only because I've seen too many OP'd cards.

It's just kinda boring. I don't how to explain it. D:

according to the rulebook (ver. 7.0) Ritual Monsters are special summoned by the ritual spell card - book excerpt - "Ritual monsters are special monsters that are special summoned with a specific ritual spell card along with a required tribute"
